Prefect room, great access for people with disabilities. Bathroom space the best I have seen around for people in wheelchairs. Can fit two wheelchairs in bathroom with ease.Staff extremly helpful with everything. Very thoughtful. Great for a romantic weekend or longer if you can afford to stay longer. Can wheel/walk to most places in the CBD from Hotel. Excellent
Well located, but the entrance is not the easiest to locate as it's tucked away at the rear of the Southgate complex and doesn't appear to have any connection to the shopping and dining precinct. Whilst the decor is not to my taste, it's a bit flashy and overdone (and just a bit too pink) for my liking, the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The complimentary toiletries are generous, including shaving and dental care kits. Room Service was delicious wtih a wide selection to choose from, the servings are generous and the complimentary breath mints a nice touch.
Classic rooms are elegant and beautifully appointed with either one king sized bed or two twin beds. The oversized Italian Marble bathrooms comprise of a washbasin, separate stand up shower, bathtub, generous vanity space, shaving mirror & luxurious amenities. Within the bedroom is a spacious work area for business travelers with a complimented with an overstuffed easy chair. Contained within the mahogany armoire is a television offering Foxtel and pay-per-view movies and all rooms have a refrigerated in-room bar for your beverage and light snack needs. Additional amenities and services include plush terry cloth robes for your use and our signature twice-daily maid service. The comfortable blissful beds are complimented with soft linens. Each room has climate control air-conditioning, two line telephones with data port and voice mail, built in safe, hairdryers as well as high speed Internet access ports.

We love the Langham - visually stunning, opulant decor - especially the entrance & bar area. The rooms are becoming dated & could use a refurbishment - overpriced but the location is perfect. The staff are a joy.
The hotel and staff were extraordinary. Nothing was a bother for them and they were all so welcoming and helpfull. The hotel is amazing, first class luxury and the breakfast was great. The club room was fabulous and the club benefits were well worth paying that extra for. I would highly recommend the Langham for those of you who love the creature comforts and luxury of a real 5 star hotel.

The Hotel is grand and welcoming and the service is impeccable. The Classic Guest room was very well appointed but a little small given the costly price tag. Valet parking seemed overpriced at $50 although it was extremely handy and we knew that the car was secure. Our overall impression was one of excellence.

A lovely hotel which is ideally located for a great weekend in Melbourne. We enjoyed being able to walk to fabulous cafes and restaurants and having access to theatre and cinemas. We also enjoyed the shopping.
Enjoyable short stay. Had international visitor who really enjoyed the location, ambience and quality of the hotel and the area. A great introduction to Melbourne. River view rooms are worthwhile.

Hotel was nice but at times alittle noisy. very expencive for what you get. I would return to this hotel though. A little to old world for my ideal place to stay.
Probably one of the best Hotels that we have stayed in in Melbourne. From check-in to Check-out we were well looked after. Room sizes are average and prcies bordering the high end but if you are after a nice 5 Star to stay this is it.
Superb suite , facilities excellent, - biggest, best bed ever experienced in any hotel around the world. Staff very friendly and helpful.
