The Lido Boutique Apartments offer 8 delightfully decorated Art Deco style 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, including the Japanese Imperial Spa apartment for that extra bit of luxury. Each one is self-contained, with a well equipped kitchen, full laundry, spacious dining/lounge area and private bathroom. The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms. Note: The Lido has 2 floors, with stairs to the first floor. The property does not have a lift.

Getting there:The Lido Boutique Apartments is a 10 minute walk to Launceston's CBD. By car, proceed east along Brisbane Street to Elphin Road. The Lido is just 300 metres past City Park on your left, on the corner of Elphin Road and Lyttleton Street. We are just 20 minutes from Launceston Airport. Shopping is just nearby.
Check-in Procedure:ARRIVAL PROCEDURE WHEN ARRIVING AT THE LIDO. On arrival at the property press the RED button at the door (either front or back door). This will go through to a mobile phone answered by the receptionist on duty. She will then open the door for you remotely. Once inside walk up to the 1st floor where you will find the keys to your apartment in a white envelope on the reception desk. Then, sign the Guest Register and let yourself into your apartment.
Car parking:Free on and off street parking is available. There is a set down area on Elphin Road.
Child Policy:Children are welcome. Children 3 years & under stay free. Each additional person (including children 4 years and over) is charged $34.00 EXTRA PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
This was a fantastic place to stay. Will be staying there again when we go back to Tassie.

Great stay in the Japanese Apartment...everything about our stay was great....very friendly...very clean....decor was fantastic...
The apartments are well located in Launceston, a short walk to the supermarket, close to the Botanic Gardens. The service was excellent with the units serviced daily. Would gladly stay there again.
The apartment was more like a home, we got in and didnt want to go out again! Very clean- beautifully presented, expensive sheets and big fluffy towels! We had a baby as well and they had a port a cot ready as well. Kitchen came with more than 1 serving of coffee, plus plunger coffee as a nice added extra. Very happy, lovely place. Michelle/Andrew
Little things like the fact the heater had been turned on prior to arrival was appreciated as it was a cold day. The rooms have a great set up and the lobby area is nicely set up.
Just beautiful. These apartments have everything you need and are very luxurious. I would highly recommend.
Once entering the premises we were delighted with our booking. The ambience was superb, a very homely cared for environment with personal touches that were noted. Certainly one we would recommend.

This is a great place for a romantic weekend, or week. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the facilities are great, and the apartments are a good size and beautifully decorated.
Surpringly nice. The suite was vey large, and very clean. The premises is stunning, with lots of greenery outside. The people there were also warm and friendly. I will definitely stay there again.
My husband, Graham and I have stayed at the Elphin apartments on a number of occasions now. We find it clean, comfortable, secure, spacious, well equipped and central to restuarants, theatre etc. For those of us that like our privacy and a little more confort than afforded by most hotels we would recommend them to try Elphin Apartments.
