Extremely pleasant staff in all sections. Bar , Restaurant , Booking , Accounts and Service . Always willing to help , suggest places to see , trips to do ,and advise the best way to get there . A great place to stay , good value and I will stay here again.
Great place to stay. Highly recommended. Best asian breatfast ever. Best body wash ever - wish they sell the stuff! The on-site gift shop is well priced and convenient. Lack of parking the only negative.

The breakfast is very nice. The room is comfortable and clean.
The hotel room we stayed in was clean but rather small for us since we were also staying with two young kids. I think the hotel is definitely a very good choice for business travellers because of the convenient location right in the city centre. I would consider staying there again if I were to travel alone next time.
The room is small and cosy and the premises are clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Location is ideal as it's close to the major shopping centres in Kuching. Pricing is a bit expensive for a 3 Star hotel.
Hotel price is cheap with good location. The only deficit thing is limited choice in breakfast but it is ok for me as some chinese local canteen are nearby.
A spotless, clean hotel with very friendly staff, excellent price and good service. Free parking and free internet too!
