"Very helpful staff, although they forgot to deliver a wake-up call once. Superior room comes with a double size bed, but we were offered an upgrade to de-luxe room (same size) with a king size bed for an extra AUD30 per night. Room size was adequate but their restaurant was quite expensive compared to average Italian restaurant in Australia, expect to pay AUD150+ for a very basic "italian" meal for 2. "Nice & trendy hotel. Not big, so service is quite personal. Rooms small, opt for the slightly bigger rooms if you want to store your suitcase in the hall of your room and not near your bed. It is worth the 100 or 200HK$ extra. Good room when you travel alone. You might need to ask to change shower curtains as they can be smelly due to mould. Located very nice to Knutsford terraces. Free internet! Good hotel, just need to pay more attention to bathroom moulding. " - Anonymous
