The staff was very friendly, and very accommodating with my poor Cantonese. Breakfast was a treat every morning.
The best part about staying here is that there is a complimentary bus shuttle service to and from the Kowloon station (but you MUST show proof of purchasing the AIRPORT EXPRESS train ticket)
What an absolute delight!!, from check in to check out and ALL in between The Luxe Manor is excellent, I stay in many parts of the world and in many hotels including Hong Kong, this boutique style hotel in one of the finest accoms not only in Hong Kong but in the world, the staff are incredible, helpful and courteous, I have found "my home" in Hong Kong and highly recommend this elegant establishment
Great location in Kowloon especially if you are a shopaholic. It is in close proximity to many mega shopping malls and also close to the MTR which makes it easy to get anywhere you wish in Hong Kong. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who intends on staying in Kowloon.
A very nice clean small hotel, the room is very small but thats pretty normal for hk. The free buffet is very basic, more of a continental breakfast with a bit of hot food.
The place is well located along the busy street of Nathan Road. Easily accessible to the nearest Tsim Sha Shui MTR, 2 major shopping mall and Kowloon park. The attractiveness of this hotel is the decor of the hotel itself and the people speaks good english. The hotel is well kept and equipped. The minus point will be the slow wifi connection and the poor selection of breakfast provided due to the current renovation of their 1st level restaurant. Will definitely stay here again.
The Luxe Manor is a new boutique hotel right in the middle of East Tsim Tsa Tsui. Decor is inspired by Salvador Dali so expect quirky almost baroque like furniture! The rooms were good with wifi internet available through the hotel. Housekeeping was so so and seemed to concentrate more on just making sure the room was clean rather than any extra touches. The location was fairly good. About a 10 min walk from Tsimtsatsui MTR with many little restaurants and shops all around the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located and I could reach to most parts of Hong Kong fairly quickly.
Very helpful staff, although they forgot to deliver a wake-up call once. Superior room comes with a double size bed, but we were offered an upgrade to de-luxe room (same size) with a king size bed for an extra AUD30 per night. Room size was adequate but their restaurant was quite expensive compared to average Italian restaurant in Australia, expect to pay AUD150+ for a very basic "italian" meal for 2. Would stay there again.
Nice & trendy hotel. Not big, so service is quite personal. Rooms small, opt for the slightly bigger rooms if you want to store your suitcase in the hall of your room and not near your bed. It is worth the 100 or 200HK$ extra. Good room when you travel alone. You might need to ask to change shower curtains as they can be smelly due to mould. Located very nice to Knutsford terraces. Free internet! Good hotel, just need to pay more attention to bathroom moulding.
