Getting there:The hotel is 40-50 minutes travel to Ninoy Aquino’s International Airport I and II. It is close to different business establishment and shopping malls. A minute walk from Asian Development Bank, major banks and multinational corporations.
Check-in Procedure:Guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in (passport, driver's license, etc.). Major credit cards (JCB, Visa, Mastercard) are accepted.
Car parking:In-house guests are provided with 1 slot of parking space per room.
Child Policy:2 children below 12 years old are free when sharing room with parents.
the staff was really nice..the hotel is close to the malls.
Generally, its a nice place to stay and very convenient to access to business centres, shopping malls and foods.
The location of the hotel is good if you work around Ortigas City. The traffic jam to Makati can be a nuisance. Facilities are adequate for an apartment such as pantry while face tissue was not available during my stay. When I checked in the hotel at 1:00AM, the clerk did not find my booking but he arranged me a 2-bedroom suite in 15 minutes and provided me a fruit basket to apologize for the delay.

This was a very good deal. And except for the first night (the elevator was not working when we got there and the desk did not know when it would be working again and did not suggest any way we should proceed considering our room was on the 15th floor; it was fixed after about a 35 minute wait); the service and facilities was very good considering the price. It is located one block from the SG MegaMall in Pasig; And the rooms were huge with a big fridge, and almost full kitchen (no oven) and a microwave. Big cable color tv's and even a dvd player. We slept in every morning so we never tried the free breakfast. I would definately stay there again.
My 2nd stay. FrontDesk surprised me by remembering me altho I checked well after midnite. Impressive. When I check-out on the 3rd day, I was already addressed by my fist name. First class, not short if SHERATON Singapore treatment! Besides the renovation disturbances during the day starting fr 8am, also during my last stay, everything else was commendable. Keep it up
