Though an older hotel I was very happy with the facilities. The rooms were clean and well provided. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is a walkable distance to the main CBD shopping areas. Car spaces are tight for larger cars.

Good value for money and good views of river and freeway, carpark was dreadful! but ok if you had a small car.
A sound choice for anyone attending the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The stay would have been better if the air conditioning had been working. I cannot understand why it took a week to get a spare part to fix the problem. As it was not working we had to open the window which would have been enjoyable had it not been the incessant noise emitted by cars on the main highway.
For the size of the room, location, view, free extras, dining facilities and food, I've stayed at comparable accomodations at a third of the cost before discount. For it's discounted price it was very good, clean, safe and inviting.
No improvements over the last 15 years, just price increases including really petty charges - 10% surcharge for breakfast on weekends, 1.5 % surcharge for credit card. The only thing positive is the location.
Generally the hotel proved good value. Though not overbearing with the windows closed, the noise from the freeway was a disappointment. Double glazing, though a big expense would solve thw issue, but would make thew hotel more desirable.
1. Their underground car park has rather few car park lots and also the car park space is too small. It definitely needs some major improvements to enhance the attractiveness of this hotel. Guests are told that it's on first-come-first-served basis. If there is no available car park lot, they have to park their cars outside and in the paying zones. 2. On one of the days that we stayed there, our room was not cleaned at all. The hotel should have a system to check/ensure that all rooms are cleaned everyday.
I will never be staying there again as I dont want to shower in a mouldy shower and the spa was not working
