I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Very clean, great service and best of all the swimming pool / spa was a great way to unwind after a long day of shopping. Also had a massage at Mira Spa which was fantastic. Facilities in the room were also great, there is a dock for you to put your ipod in and it plays music through speakers in the bathroom. Wireless internet also a bonus. Great location and hotel facilities, great service from staff- would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in town!

An expensive "boutique" style hotel. Styled somewhat like a poor man's W Hotel. The decor is stylish and the lighting subdued. The clever use of mirrors gives a good impression of space, but personally not to my taste. Fantastic location within 5 min of MTR, and a good recommendation for those looking for something other than a standard chain hotel

Great hotel, fantastic service and amenities. Like the fact that each room comes with a large flat screen multimedia console which allows you surf the net, watch cable, work on MS Doc files, etc. There's also a sound dock for your iphone and a nokia mobile phone for making free local calls. Just 5mins to the MTR and walking distance to malls and food outlets.

Used to be the Miramar hotel which was pretty poor but since it has been refurbished and now known as the Mira Hotel it is absolutely beautiful....very modern and comfortable. Service is great....in particular the breakfast supervisor at the Yamm Restaurant. Indoor pool is beautiful....Hotel close to shopping and walking distance to Temple Street market. Overall, hotel worth the price!

location is in the heart of kowloon and just walking distance to the subway. hotel is clean with modern facilities and with super friendly and efficient staff.

Newly renovated. Very upscale new rooms. Great bathrooms, and the free wireless phone is a great touch!!! Will be staying there for many years to come!!!

Great hotel...... My only small complaint is about the provided toiletries. Usually modern hotels provide equally modern branded toiletries. The ones in the Mira were standard, dishwashign liquid style toiletries and I found myslef heading to the chemist to find some decent body wash and bath gel etc. Apart from that though everything was great!

Excellent modern, clean rooms & facilities, esp the free internet on the plasma tv screens in the rooms.

They are in the midst of construction until around october. Excellent service, true 5 star. Reasonable price (for a 5 star)

Pool and exercise facilities still undergoing renovation, but the rest of the hotel is fabulous. Very clean and safe and the staff is so accomodating and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with many amenities. Could have used more hot water, but we tend to like the bath and showers! Excellent buffet breakfast and coffee and chocolate shop. It was close to many shops, especially bridal stores.

The only problem was the air conditioning in the early hours. We selected a no smoking room but in the early hours of most mornings a very strong smell of smoke came into the room. Whether the smoke came from an adjoining room via the air conditioner or whether the source of the air conditioning air had someone smoking nearby we don't know, however it was extremely unpleasant and we couldn't sleep while the smell was so strong. Because it was so hot we couldn't turn off the air conditioning either. However a great location and great staff

lift system is not good, Internet connection is expensive, need to visit business centre if no port in the room.

The checkout staff is not well trained to read the confirmation voucher which resulted in me being charged for an entitled free BBF. The staff was totally discourteous and made no attempt to apologise when he realised his mistake after I explained how the confirmation should be read. This had spoilt my otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Our stay at Miramar is overall excellent. The room is clean and the hotel location is very in the midst of city. The shopping mall is just right opposite which is very good for shopping. Breakfast serve at the hotel is also very nice. Although a receptionist made some error on billing , the problem was resolved immediately right after I showed the printed invoice to them. So, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
