The New Esplanade Hotel Perth

stayed here while on course in the city. centrally located, great for people that like the city and right next to esplanade train station. No breakfast at hotel but do supply voucher for discounted breakfast around the corner which was not convenient for me as it was in the opposite direction. Very quiet hotel - would stay here again.

Central location for my job interview was great. Was easy to get to traveling from south of freeway. Was great value for money.

Nice big room,excellent price and great location

Walking distance from the central hub of inner city Perth. Economical and satisfactory accomodation. Not 5 star but at the price never expected it to be. Will use again.

Great location, opposite The Esplanade train station, were given a room with a double and a single instead of just a standard so we had less room but good if you need an extra person to stay. one of the drinking glasses was dirty. window had sticky tape on it lol. good to purchase on sale.

The location is absolutely great and overall the hotel is good value for money. The room was nice, the bathroom not so great but clean and with a very good shower.

Location is great for city shopping we had the premier rooms with out look over the swan river that was beautify and relaxing. The room was a good size with own little kichen which had a sink and micro wave and fridge. The Funiture is very old (about the sixties) and only had a double bed. The walls had dirty streaks and the shower curtian had mould on it as did the soap dispencer. It looks as though attemps have been made to up grade the windows still had bits of tape around it the bathrooms had tiles patches up with lots of grout a real bad job. For the top room I was very disappointed

I have no idea why it is called The "NEW" Esplanade Hotel. The furniture looks like something you would find on the side of the road and the room was not very clean (someone else's rubbish was in the bathroom bin!). The only good thing is the location.

We had a great stay right in the CBD, within walking distance of the entire central area. The traffic noise was minimal too, and our room was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The hotel overall was good, the mattresses was bad, the place is little bit noising

There was a propblem with the reverse heating / airconditioning being switched to winter and therefore not operational for cooling. As the windows could not be opened either the room was too hot. We noticed that a previous guest had jammed one corner of the window slightly open to let air in.

The New Esplanade Hotel's major advantage was its location, being only a few minutes walk from the city centre. It was clean and the service fine. I would consider staying here again.

I picked the hotel as it was convenient for me to access the busport for getting home to a country easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful and I would use the hotel again. Shower was over the bath I didn't have a problem but someone less mobile might.

wasnt happy about the parking,it cost a extra $25.And wasnt already included in the price of room.

Would stay there again if the pricing was the same rate all the time

great location found building aircon to be too hot to sleep and phone kept ringing all hours with wrong numbers bit sus.

Good service,good location but rooms very cheap and you get what you pay for.

As usual for Perth, the accomodation is very poor. The hotel room itself was very old and very basic.Bed hard but not too bad. Air con not working (only heating. Only staying for a the night but would not consider for any longer. ironing facilities on another floor. On the positive side, the staff very helpful and the location is good.

Great location and the hotel provides simple rooms that are fine, although dated in terms of fitout and decore. But nothing to really complain about for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Staff quite helpful and friendly. However the lack of 'food' options for dinner is an issue. Rooms clean however the rooms could have a bit of a face lift.
