"The room I stayed in is very small but it was neat and relatively clean. The photos in the website is a little misleading as the hotel decor is very typically local (if you know what I mean). However, for the 'last minute' price I paid, I must say it is a very good deal considering the hotel is adjacent to the 5-star Grand Hyatt/Orient shopping mall and across from the 5-star Beijing Raffles Hotel. What more can you ask for? Not forgetting the famous 'walking street; Wangfujung and a 24-hr McDonald's is 1 min away from the hotel front door. " - CAROLINE YU PIN KWAUK
"All hotel staff has poor command of English which generates multiple misunderstandings. Even at the reception desk (which is very slow in checking in and out procedures) the command of English is very bad " - Sten Sjostrand
"Very nice hotel, but standard of room is not 4 star hotel." - Anonymous
"Stunning location - adjacent to main shopping strip and near to subway station linking to major sites. Room of good size and facilities in the hotel (or nearby) were above expectations. Try and get the hotel's name and address in Chinese to assist taxi driver." - Anonymous
