The Palms - An atmosphere of relaxation & tranquillity. Perfect place for a coastal retreat The Palms at Avoca is located less than 90 minutes drive from Sydney. The Palms offers the very best of the beautiful Avoca Beach and the Central Coast. The bushland setting surrounds you with peaceful bird calls, while the family friendly pool and playground lets the kids have as much fun as they can take, all while Mum and Dad relax in the sun. You can make the most of the warm days and balmy nights, or even the wonderful sunny winter days, by dining "al fresco" on your own private sundeck. The secluded Poolside and Garden Cabanas have a relaxing atmosphere that's fresh and bright. The Cedar Villas are modern and roomy, designed for easy family holiday living. All Cabins include 4 star modern, 2 bedroom accommodation, with a car space and private covered sundeck including outdoor seating for 4-6 persons. We have 6 Cabanas and 27 four to six berth Villas. We have Laundry facilities on site with washing machines and dryers for your convenience. The Park has a playground area for the kids and a Games Room which consists of a pool table, ping pong table, game machines and chocolate machine. We have BBQ facilities in the playground and pool areas. We have two resort style pools, one with a Spa. The Spa is heated and is pure heaven during the winter months.

Getting there:
Take Gosford exit from the F3. Follow the road until you get to a roundabout with water on your right. Turn right, and right again at the tariff lights. Follow the road (including left bend) through East Gosford. Turn right onto Avoca Drive (large 6 lane intersection of tariff lights). Follow Green Point, Kincumber and Avoca signs. Turn right at roundabout (still Avoca Drive). Bowling Club is now on your right. Turn right at the Round Drive which is the third street on the right after the Bowling Club (approximately half km). Turn right into Carolina Park Road. Look for the Palms sign on right hand side of the road (approximately 100m).

Car parking:
All Cabins have a parking space. If you require additional car parking for boats, trailers etc please contact our office.

4 Berth Villa

Our fully self contained Villas accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a sets of bunks. Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are provided however you need to provide your own sheets, towels and pillowcases. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a standard size fridge, gas oven and microwave. The lounge area has a TV/DVD and reversed cycle air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, vanity, handbasin and toilet. All Cabins have a parking space.

6 Berth Villa
