The Palms Hotel & Spa Miami

wonderful property! nice pool area with plenty of space, hammocks and quiet beach area. food is great outside, and service to the beach is a plus. hotel rooms are nice and comfortable

The Palms works well as a weekend getaway to Miami Beach. However, we expected free access to the steamroom. We were very disappointed that the steamroom, an average amenity at any spa, cost an extra $20 per person at The Palms. This policy would need to change before we ever return to The Palms.

During our stay we could not say enough good things about the palms! If you are looking for a hotel that is on the beach and a little closer to the action, I would not recommend the palms. The drive/walk isn't that far and it is nice to go to a tranquil place that is just a short distance away. The hotel is calming, beautiful and has an amazing staff. I will definately stay there on my next trip!

between two hubs of activity, The Palms provided a peaceful retreat. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are small but attractive. Pool is above average although overheated one day and under the next: again, very friendly response when I asked about it. For a break from taxi travel, the public buses are idea. I had only one meal at the restaurant and did not love it however the ambiance was quite nice. I did not use the spa. Aveda products in the rooms were a nice touch.

The hotel has a great location. Service at front desk and in the restaurant could be improved. The staff were not warm and enthusiastic at what they were doing. There was a questionable charge for opening the bar in the room. This hotel did not appeal to us for the price that they charge.

I was looking for resort style hotel and ended up with a miniature resort. It is still beautiful and a great location close to the beach. Just far enough away from South Beach but very close as well. The rooms are nice, but there are no balconies. The bathrooms are also very narrow and small. The beds were not bad and the furniture was all new. The refrigerators in the room are all full of liquor that it leaves no room if you want to use it for personal use. As far as the front of the hotel, valet was fantastic but the street in front was all under construction. There was also no good restaurants within walking distance.

Enjoyed the rest we got in the most comfortable bed ever in a hotel. Eat and drank while relaxing. Very satiffied with the options and great price point. The best trip!!!

My Husband and I had the best time of our lives!! When we arrived to the Hotel Valet took care of us imediately and escorted us to the reception area! The view of this Resort was absolutely gorgeous! 3 lounge areas, beautiful swimming area with a Tiki Bar, out door, indoor spa, palms trees everywhere, 5 star Resturant, and the service was the best service that we have ever had. There was always something to do at the hotel whether if you wanted to stay or leave! We will def be going next year!! Great times!! :)

The stay at the Palms Hotel & Spa was absolutely worth every cent. The room was comfortable, the pool was amazing, the service was top notch, and the beach was excellent.

Hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Room decor very modern. Rooms extremely clean and well kept. Restaurant and poolside snacks and drinks were a bit pricey but the service was fantastic. Great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Not a lot of places within walking distance.

Awsome! I am really particular and I was very pleased with the property. The lobby, rooms and grounds were beautiful and well mainteained. You will be pleased.Food was a bit expensive, however.

We were a group of five persons and we had booked 2 superior oceanfront rooms. The hotel cheated us first and gave us only one superior oceanfront room. However, we noticed that and finally got complimentary breakfast for all of us, which was really great. The other thing they forgot was the daily newspaper but otherwise everything was simply super.

We have stayed at this hotel before, and has always been outstanding, would recommend this hotel and spa for families and friends

Although the location is not the best in Miami Beach, the hotel itself is very nice and cosy. They have sometimes very nice price deals through internet what are worth using also for the lower class traveller. great experience!

I found the staff to be very helpfull and friendly. The room was wonderful. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Fantastic hotel, bedroom was beautiful and quite large. Lovely pool area and leads directly onto the beach - couldn't ask for nicer. Had a lovely stay in the Palms and would definitely go back.
