The Park Lane Hotel Jakarta

I enjoyed my stay in The Park Lane, staff very nice and helpful. Great breakfast with Indonesian and Western specialities. I recommend to businessmen (it's in the business district) and travellers who like shopping (very close to Plaza Indonesia).

Good hotel to stay at with friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast is of good quality and so is the service.

Happy with this hotel, would definitely use again. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. The food in the premier lounge was good although we only got to use once out of our 2 days due to other committments.

I have stayed here more than once, the rooms are good and spacious; bathroom is very very spacious. But i think a little warmth from the staff would do it good. The room service person was rude. and the complimentary drinking water seems to be the most precious asset in the hotel! anyways, hope the next time it would be better (if there is any next time ie) as the property is very good otherwise.

Warm and great service. Loved the rooms which were modern and roomy. Location was less than desirable though.

Very good service from all staff. Only comment is that its located in the middle of the business district and its very congested throughout the day. Also there is nothing(food, shopping etc) that is within walking distance. But facilities and rooms are first class

The room was clean & spacious. The location was the only setback. There was practically nothing within walking distance. The nearest shopping mall was probably more than 20 min by foot. The traffic was very bad during rush hour which took the taxi 20min just to u-turn back from opposite side. I should have just got off & walk across.

We enjoyed staying in Park Lane Hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. We liked the king-size bed and the rich breakfast.

This is probably one of those hotels that you rarely find. Excellent facilities and as a big surprise to see that service people are motivated and not hanging around or chatting. Would surely recommend it.

Clean modern hotel. Rooms are nice and neat. Staff okay, serivice can be a bit hit and miss. Extra like laundry are very expensive. Room rate is god, but you can make up the difference in laundry alone. Hotel is a lit off the beaten track.

Room was spotless, as was the overall appearence of the interior of the hotel. I did not venture to the outside facities, so cannot comment. Room facilities were good as per superiror standard. Amenities provided needed to take into account number of people in the room though, not the number of beds. Quiet apart from prayers on Friday morning (4.30am!). Not the hotel's fault. The outside facilities looked good, although I did not use them. Service was prompt, polite and courteous without smothering you. Location for a tourist not so good as this is a business district, but cheap taxis readily available so no problem really. Pricing - at $100 AUD including breakfast I thought this was excellent value and made my stay all the happier! Thank you Park Lane.

Very good hotel at the lower end of 5 Star rating. No complaints about it except you have to take a taxi to get anywhere. Nothing outside the door. Carrfour shopping is about 15 mins walk if you wish to do that. If location is not an issue this is good value for money if you book on this website. (Stayed many times).
