"Great location for British Museum and West End. Friendly service specially on the front desk. My room was 301....huge by London standards and nice view over some gardens. Almost felt like at home with a summer breeze blowing in from the gardens." - Anonymous
"We had some difficulties with staff understanding our requests for a cot and a sheet on the bed but they were generally tring to be helpful! Great facilities for a London hotel and good sized room. It was a shame we were downstairs as the airflow was not so good and the weather was hot." - Susan Wallace
"Beautiful character hotel in a fantastic location, only a 10 minute walk from the West End. Rooms are large and comfortable and well-maintained. Only drawback is that breakfast, not included in the price, is very expensive. However, we'll definitely stay here again." - Anonymous
"The location of the Hotel is superb for accessing Covent Garden (10min walk), theatreland and Oxford Street. The Staff at the Hotel were very attentive, however we had no reason to complain. Complimentary Tea/Coffe and Morning Paper together with an extra hour chech out to enable us to return to a shop before departure. Overall a very good Hotel in a quiet area, next to the British Musuem." - Keith Atkins
