The studio room is small relative to other hotels we've stayed at. It was very clean and a good hotel to stay at just for sleeping in. Also, the hotel wasn't in the best location relative to the harbour and other places to walk to.
Good price and tidy clean room. Room service menu still great. only service in the morning let things down this time - only A la Carte breakfast for the room so ordered and was forgotten. phoned down for the car as instructed and that was also forgotten - but this is the first time and I will put it down to Rugby world cup fatigue. Location great.
Location is great. Rooms are small but ideal for an overnighter or two. The service is a bit indifferent overall - has been better in the past.
Great location room excellent and services was great
Really funky little hotel in the heart of Auckland. We stayed in a one bedroom which was really clean, with nice furnishings and fittings and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful with quick service for anything we needed. There is a great little bar downstairs to have a night cap at but we have to be honest and say we ducked next door to the Pullman to eat and drink as they had a lovely big lounge there which was a little more relaxing than the Quadrant but otherwise we fully enjoyed our stay here and will definately be back to stay here again.
Excellent stay as always - very enjoyable ambience.
I stayed here for 6 nights this month and it lived up to all my expectations. The Studio apartment was fully equipped with microwave, hotplates, dishwasher and washer/dryer and the bed was very comfortable. I found the staff friendly and helpful with my enquiries re the surrounding area, and the coffee from the bar/restaurant was great! When I next visit Auckland I will definitely stay again, maybe longer and if driving valet parking is available, I didn't drive this trip but next time plan to hire a car so parking will be handy. Within a short walk to the CBD and about 10 minutes walk to the Viaduct Harbour. Great view from my balcony to the harbour and at night you could the lights of the city and harbour for miles. I would highly recommend this hotel for any visitor to stay whilst in Auckland.
We stayed four nights at Quadrant and were very glad we did.All ammenities were there and the room was very comfortable and very clean.Would highly recommend staying at the Quadrant when in Auckland. We certainly would.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was always with a smile. Will stay with them again.
Had a nice room with a view over Auckland, well equiped, with all you could need. Neighbouring guests were very niosy at 1.00 am, and the management moved us to another room on the other side of the hotel. Very good service.
Excellent hotel for the price ($132/night). Small studio room and bathroom but sufficient for a hotel to use as a base for sightseeing. Well equiped kitchen. Great location in Auckland, short walk to everything. On top of a hill but not suprising as Auckland is very hilly!
Great location and very good service from the front desk. A little mean that only two little milk sachets and one soap were provided. However, overall, a pretty good experience.
Good location, but really noisy at night. The cleanliness was below parr, couch badly marked, shower smelly. Wouldnt stay again for the price asked. Disappointing
This is our 4th stay here and have noticed the standards have slipped a bit. Leaving our car for valet parking was impossible, as there was no room. So eventually - we just parked it ourselves. Mould is forming in the tiles in the shower and the water temperature was ok for me, but fluctuated terribly when my Husband had his shower. The light in the bathroom kept on flicking off? (if you banged the wall, eventually it would come back on again) We have enjoyed The Quadrant in the past as it was a new hotel, but the price has jumped up and it is starting to show a little wear and tare now too. May be our last stay.
Great price, service and pleasure to stay in. Highly recommendable for city accomodation in Auckand. Thanks to the Quadrant Hotel Team.
Another excellent stay at the Quadrant. Checked in late and was slightly concerned about the noise at reception, lots of young people drinking and hanging around, but there was no noise in the room. Perfect location. Lovely hotel for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
you can't have a better hotel than this, next to Hyatt, walk to queen st, we will stay again in this hotel for sure.
This is a great hotel. Service at the front counter was pleasant and efficient. The bar is a little gem of privacy. Our room was spacious, equipped with mini kitchen and very pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel in Auckland as its five minutes walk to the CBD and harbour. Although a little quiet in the vicinity, this is a plus as the evenings are delightfully pleasant. Five stars.
