Excellent Hotel, good location. Will stay again when in the area.

This hotel came recommended. Enjoyed the walk along the beach to the BIC. Relaxed in the health suite after a busy day before enjoying the evening entertainment. Staff very friendly. Parking good. Food of an excellent standard. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel to stay in near the beach and the centre, a little hike up and down the hill to get there but all in all the perfect stay for a short break. Although the buffet breakfast was not the best it was satisfactory.

The staff got a room ready for me 2 hrs before check-in so I could attend a Wedding - so very pleased.

Hotel in excellent position for the beach. Our room had the air-conditioning unit outside which made it rather noisy with the windows open. Trouser press, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities in room. Decor rather dated but apparently the hotel is being refurbished. Car parking in hotel grounds. Excellent hot buffet breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Friendly staff and an ideal location. Just a few metres from the beach and a short 5 minute walk to the shops. Hotel was clean and the service was good. The upper floors are still awaiting refurbishment but I would stay there again.

Hotel was vey nice. We thought the bath could have been bit bigger and the shower only stayed at one height!

Not as grand as photos suggest but satisfactory for my needs.

This was a friendly hotel with nice facilities. The full service breakfast and very nicely decorated rooms were particularly appreciated.

The hotel was fairly easy to find and was very near the beach and city centre. The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use it again when visiting Bournemouth.

In January not many people there so facilities (e.g. leisure) not crowded. In summer it might be different. Also cheap in January - probably too expensive in summer. Close to beach and town - no need to use car. Would consider using again.

An electric cut across the town caused the hotel to resort to candles, but the staff where a credit trying to help all the customers.

Excellent evening meal rate and quality for hotel guests.

Ideal location, close to the beach and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Would go back again!

Facilities rated as average, as unfortunately the steam room and sauna were not available to guests with limited mobility, as the health spa is down a flight of stairs - no lift. Otherwise, a good hotel, with friendly, helpful staff.
