Car parking:Free secure undercover parking (entrance is via Frederick Street).

our aircraft arrived early before office was open...the staff gave us a discount voucher for the surf club within 100 metres on the beach which was excellent value with good food & friendly staff....we were made to feel WELCOME
We asked for a one bedroom apartment and were given a two bedroom apartment with one bedroom and the main bathroom locked off which was annoying because the main bathroom had the bath which was important to us with a six month old baby

On level 16 - Modern, Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with full gourmet kitchen, 1 King Bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms all with wonderful views of the gold coast.
We found the Regent to be within excellent location to Surfers Paradise main strip by walking north for around 10 minutes. The local beach is at your doorstep and there are excellent BBQ facilities there which we utilised on a few occasions by taking the plastic cutlery, plates, cups and utensils from the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy with sweeping views of the coast and hinterlands. Apartment was spacious and catered to nearly every need apart from no bath which is essential when you have twin babies and a 3 year old toddler. We improvised by using the laundy troth which was big enough to hold the two babies so no major problems there. Everything is within easy reach and there is a fantastic Surf Lifesaving Club called Northcliffe just 2 minutes walk from the apartment which serve excellent food and drinks while you watch the waves rolling in. All in all I would strongly recommend the Regent Apartments for families with small children.
Asked for early check in, which we got. asked for late check out, they had forgot to make a note of this so had to be out by 10am , however was most impressed and would go there again
The apartment is located just a short walking distance from the heart of Surfers Paradise. Therefore for those that don't want to be too close to the action all the time, it's perfect. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, the hotel well appointed and it's only 100 meters to the beach. There is a small park with a playground and BBQ facilities provided by the local council there as well. Just infront of the hotel are a convenient store (rents out DVD too!), and 2 eateries. It also has an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and sauna, a small outdoor pool with a water slide (kids' favourite) and a tennis court. The place is very well kept and a delight to be in.
Great location, close to beach shops and walking distance to Cavill Avenue. Good value for money. Rooms are very large and especially suited to families. Kids had a fantastic time in the pools and the water slide. Only negatives no wireless internet and no airconditioning, only fans in bedrooms although the living area had airconditioning
We found our apartment to be perfect for what we required. We personally phoned the Wentworth prior to arrival to request a room with a view of the ocean as we had an overseas guest with us, we were told they would do their best but no guarantees, when we arrived we were given a room on the 15th floor with a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean, so were pleased.
I was very impressed with the appartment I had and found it very comfortable with a very beautiful all round view. I would definalty go back again.
We reserved a 1 bedroom apartment and got a large 2 bedroom apartment, whilst the view was not too bad and the location was good (10 minute stroll to Cavill Avenue) the bed was as HARD as a brick and my back is still sore 4 days later. I have slept better on the back of a Centurion tank. There was a lot of outside noise (unavoidable) but none of the curtains closed properly, this meant that there was lights shining into the room all night.
