The Richmonde Hotel Manila

Hotel was great but the early check in fee was higher than the daily rate and special holiday promotion rates posted. The booking agent should have considered an early check in rather than a late check in since the flight I was on arrived at 5:30 AM.

As usual it meets my needs. Have been a regular customer.

This hotel is about 5 minutes walk to SM mega mall and Shangrila Mall. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The room size is moderately big and serves its purpose. Hotel guests should be given discounts when they patronise the restaurants and lounge.

I have stopped at the Hotel before, this time I found the rooms looking a little tired. Still at price and it's location still good value.

Breakfast on offer is very basic with the "hot" section having minimal choices. Choice of 2 fruits per day and were serving the same kind almost everyday. We stayed for 10 days the first time and all that time they served papaya every day with banana or minimal amount of pineapple as the 2nd choice. The 2nd time we stayed was for 3days. Exactly same breakfast choices on offer. I wish there is an option when we made our reservation whether we book with hot breakfast or not.

I'd recommend Richmond Hotel. It is convenient for shopping, clean, walking distance to Mega Mall. I'll stay there again.

Good point(s): - Friendly and courteous staffs.(from front desk to housekeeping). - Confident and efficient staffs. Not so good point(s): - Due to hotel location sometimes traffic noise can be a problem. - The bathroom door that we stayed in is quite awkward (accordion/folding door) specially if your in a hurry.

Very courteous staff, checking in and out needs improving in the time it takes.

Breakfast & coffee hideous!

The hotel is a good place for relexing and its quite at night. It's a working distance to Megamall and LRT. Taxis are easly to get from the doorman or just flag by the road side.

This hotel was excellent for its location, service, and price. The hotel was easily accessable by taxi or train. Just blocks from major shopping malls, restaurants, and business centers. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. I came in at 7am without an advance notice and they accomodated me with my early check in. The only thing I wish they had was a free wifi internet access in the lobby or in the business center. I rely so much on the internet when I travel for business and it would have saved me time from having to walk to an internet cafe if they have one in the hotel. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Nice hotel near the mega mall, quiet and modest, good value for the price.
