Excellent location, quiet rooms, pleasant staff and and acceptable continental breakfast, all at a reasonable price for inner London. The overall appearance is looking a bit tired but a makover would probably result in a higher price! Happy to stay there again.
A very good / old hotel which is needing an urgent restoration.
Good place to stay and helpful staff however we booked 2 seperate rooms a triple and a double. we were give 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom not good for 5 girls trying to prepare for a night out on New Years Eve
We had a very nice stay here, we will probably stay her again next time we are traveling to London. Fam Gjerald from Norway
great location within walking distance of oxford street and the underground. unfriendly reception staff.rooms basic but clean which is reflected in the price.old building with heating turned up very high very warm rooms.went with a group of friends.
Good location and great pricing given the location. Rooms are average but in line with the pricing.
If you want to stay within walking distance to Oxford Street, Marble Arch, Hyde Park, etc. this is a great hotel. The rooms were quite good for the price for London and the breakfast was okay - although very basic.
The rose court hotel was very central staff very friendly we only wanted a continental breakfast but the fact we could have had a full english breakfast if required was nice to know.in all very homely and at a good price.would certainly go back again.
Decoration is very tired the hotel needs a complete refit of furniture and carpets. Sheets clean, but can't say the same for the bed covers and curtains. Staff friendly.
Being close to Oxford Street and Marble Arch, the location is very good. The price represents good value for mobey for a London hotel. Otherwise facilities are the bare minimum.
1. The lift is one and it’s too small (only for 2 persons), it must be bigger like for 6 persons. 2. The room of King Bed is in very small space! It does consist for one person not two, and it should be bigger space to accommodate 2 persons as easy as it is. 3. I like the continental breakfast, but they should add more choices such as kinds of breads and cheese boiled eggs. 4. There should be a machine for the beverages and other machine for some sweets. 5. The TV must be 21" inch at least in the room. But the current one is too small. 6. The channel are few, there should be more channel at least 30. 7. There are no internet facilities available.
The room was dingy and very worn, had not been painted for years, furniture old and worn. Clearly had been a smoking room though I asked for non smoking. A thoroughly depressing room.
It's an old hotel, not super clean but not that bad either. Clean sheets and towels changed everyday. Curtains need a wash! The floor used to be wooden and the last day we found a cocroach. Still, it's a good option for london. Comfortable beds. Very good location!!!! Not the best price in my trip, but for london it's OK. Breakfast: cereals, toast, butter, marmalade, coffe or tea; to fill your stomach till noon. Nice staff.
Excellent location and good continental breakfast. Basic rooms.
Unable to regulate the heating in the bedroom - which was on FULL and so it was quite overbearingly hot.
Very courteous and helpful staff. It only needs to provide internet access as the nearby internet cafes only open after 11AM. On the whole a very good budget hotel.
Staff friendly and helpful. No fridge in room.
Quite old and run-down. Emergency exit seemed difficult in case of fire or other emergency. Nice staff.
Staying at the rose court hotel was great, it is just next to oxford street so plenty of opportunity to go shopping. The service was excellent, very nice staff, and helped us a lot. We can definately recommend it
Very comfortable and clean. Very close to city centre and underground/bus connections. Very kind atmosphere and relax in the bedroom.
