The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa Phuket

A great resort we have recommended to many friends. We will be back again. Great staff, food, pool, room, location.

2nd time staying here. Great - location, staff, pool, breakfast, buffet dinner. This time we took 3 other couples as well, plus plan on staying here again next year.

Even the hotel has good location and is very clean. All the furniture is very dated and the other facilities are very dated. I dont think it should be categorized a s a four stars

The room was spacious & nice

Just off main street so walking to malls, bars and markets but quiet. Big hotel - great breakfast selection. A little tired and could do with a refurb but large rooms with balcony. Would stay again and a big thanks to Aris the hotel driver :-)

Everything was very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday by friendly staff. Location is great, no need to catch a taxi, easy walk to restaurants, beach and shopping. Stayed 12 nights with 3 children. Staff good with children, great pool, lovely gardens. Will stay again.

First time using Hotelclub for booking! Easy check In without any hassle. Hotel tat week when stayed very crowded too,probably they happened to have a conference goin on. Guess this hotel is getting to be very popular area each n every year. Well recommanded hotel if likes amenities around.

We got a room in Royal Wing, which was not very high. If you want to have bird eye's view of Phuket, you need to opt for Paradise wing, which is more expensive. They only told us about that at the point of check in, which was a bit too late. The floor was ceramic tiled, and a bit wet and sticky. The location was great anyway. The busy Bangla Road was just a short walk away, and there was a big shopping mall nearby. The beach was near, too, so you can reach a lot of places on foot.

Location of the hotel was good as it was central to everything in Patong. However, we were unimpressed with the receptionist who did our check-in - she was friendly enough at first but she looked annoyed when we asked her if we can give her our credit card details instead of the 2,000 THB cash for mini bar etc. We stayed in a Deluxe Room, Royal Wing which was generally clean but smelled like the room hadn't been aerated - unfortunately, this continued to be the case each time we came back to the room after a day out (think this was because they can't leave the doors/windows open as there are no fly screens). We were satisfied with the pool area and buffet breakfast. When we asked the hotel staff about the airport transfer, we were asked to arrange it ourselves. We won't stay at this hotel again.

Great location to main street and only 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Large pool area with swim up bar. Always very freindly staff and the breakfast is too die for.....this is the second time and I am still never disapointed..

Clean and quiet. It is located just outside the gay's redlight district. Very close to the center of tourists' activities - redlight district and night lives. It is safe. Close to beach, but need to walk about 10mins. Good view from my room (11th floor) - can see moutain and sea. Make sure you check your amenities as they have forgotten to give us facial towels.

Royal Paradise is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Phuket. The Good: The breakfast was awesome! as was the location.. .Stayed here with 2 other ladies (we got a triple) which included a rollaway bed. The rollaway was comfortable and I slept on it all 3 nights. My biggest thing was the room had no ironing board or iron. U have to get laundry service if you want your wrinkles out.. Pool and jacuzzi closes early (before 7pm) so you can't really relax after after a long day of haggling with the street vendors right around the corner.. They still use metal room keys here, which is also inconvenient b/c you only get one per room. If you're sharing your room you have to leave the key at the front desk. A friend had a problem being charged to use the internet, but there's a internet cafe around the corner that cost little or nothing. Othe than that- the staff was great, the facilities a little old and not much going on in the hotel at night were my only complaints..

We stayed in Royal Paradise for 3 nights. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We didn't take the breakfast included package as it requires additional US$30 I think it is overpriced. Swimming pool is nice, even it is not as big as we thought or depicted on the web. Location is easily accessible to beach and tourist area. Staff don't have much smile and English proficiency is limited

Love it, Love it. Family have stayed here before. Great room over looking ocean and street. Best location, not to busy but close to shopping centre, motor bike hire (200rp a day), massage (300rp), 7/11 store, Bangalor street (opens 7pm). Nice pool. Could have more variety for breakfast. Buffet for tea, great for the price. Staff friendly, if not always understanding what we needed, but that is part of Thialand, a few laughs and we finally get there. We will be back.

Hotel staff = Great, very helpful. Rooms - clean, but pictures are very decieving, they are not that big, especially if you have 3 people in there. The only thing I would mention is that the 200 BHT voucher that we were promised by Hotel Club was not provided to the hotel and we had to call Hotel Club to get them to sort it out with the hotel. Also, the voucher did not get honoured until the very last day and we were then told we were not allowed to use it for mini bar purchases or room service. That was a bit disappointing. Hotel is really close to everything, we were able to walk everywhere. It is very close to the gay area of Patong, but there was never any problems with that.

Stayed here with cousins. Great hotel, pool, staff, breakfast, price, location what more can you want? Will recommend.

Great location. Nice room, we had a corner room with 2 balconies over looking the mountains and the sea. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Book tours down the street about 50 to 30% cheaper than hotel. We stayed in the the Paradise wing, close to everything. Will recommend to friends. Nothing to complain about

On arriving I was not too happy that the room above mine was under renovation, I had been assured that the renovations were in the other wing. However the room was clean and well laid out. The staff and tour desk lady were very friendly and happy to help us with restaurant, taxi and attraction bookings. The Hotel is situated in a back street but is an easy, and interesting walk to Bangla, and Beach roads as well as JungCelon. The buffet breakfast was rather limited. Overall our stay was very good and I would definitely stay there again.

Note: If you bring you guest into your room, they charge you 1,000 Bahts (they did this to me without the hotel official room-rules provided.).
