We are located less than one and a half miles from Edinburgh city centre and Waverly station, which takes 5-10 minutes by bus car or taxi. There is free on street car parking, a regular bus service into the city centre (bus numbers 12 or 25), and a wealth of gourmet restaurants to suit every palate situated within the fashionable Water of Leith area, just a ten minute walk away.

Please where possible provide us with an approximate arrival time and a mobile/cellphone number where we can contact you as the guest house is not manned 24 hours and we may need to provide you with an access code to gain entry. Check in time from 15.30 - 21.00
Car parking:
There is plentiful on street free car parking. Please note the hotel does not accept responsibility to Guest's cars parked outside.
