I love this hotel because the staff are so nice and helpfull, It is right across from the park where you can walk/run feed the ducks go out for dinner, go hire a boat etc. also close to a tram stop and it is so easy to get around to st kilda or melbourne. The room is big with a good size bathroom, the gym has dumbells, treadmill, row machine and other weight machines. the pool and spa are good aswell as the sauna. It is good value for money and the coffee shop down stairs is also great value. would recomend to family and friends.
Friendly staff and an overall enjoyable stay.

Very noisy, loud music and thumping could be heard from 10.00pm right through till after 2.00am - hotel security even came to OUR room asking if we were playing loud music!! People running up and down the corridors late at night, loud conversations, and children playing in the corridors from 7.00am. Hotel staff didn't seem too concerned at any of these issues, didn't even have ear plugs after we asked.
I hadn't stayed here for about 5 years and was delighted to find everything in pristine condition. Staff were excellent and the reataurant meals were much better than expected.
I'd recommend this hotel. The staff were excellent. There was some sort of noise coming from the car park area that made it difficult to sleep, but I spent an extra night in a different room and slept soundly! Can recommend the breakfast.
The service in this hotel was outstanding. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly to all their customers. It has really stepped up in the last year or so when I stayed with friends last time. Will stay again!
Staff found to be extremely pleasant and helpful. We have rebooked 2 rooms for the 25th of July, 2009.
Nice, modern and professional staff at this Albert Park hotel. Would recommend to others. Close to city centre via frequent trams and close to St Kilda beach.
Location was excellent across the road from Albert Park and 5mons from St Kilda Beach. Easy to get to places by car and tram. Room was good size and clean. Had sideways view over lake and St Kilda in the distance. On the downside, queen bed only had 2 pillows and room had poor Foxtel choice and screen was pixellated. Maid service was varied with some items not replaced on weekend.
I advise all future guests to scrutinise the "extras bill" as they had added "valet parking" to my 7 day stay - i did not have a car with me. The "non smoking" hotel, was a poor description. I frequently smelt cigarette smoke wafting around on the upper floors, yet nothing was done to resolve this. Further, in light of the charges applied to the room rates, to pay extra for a basic breakfast restaurant, is "nit picking" in my opinion. In my opinion, the hotel is ok, but nothing special. Best left to business meetings of short duration. I spent 7 days as a guest, and it was not something i would repeat.
Staff we very helpful.I would be happy to stay there again.Hotel is well situated between city & St Kilda.
the staff are very friendly. location is good, 5 min drive to the CBD. though no free parking in the hotel, but easy to find free street parking after 6pm the only bad thing is it may be noisy in the morning because of lots of travel tours leaving in the early morning
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. Excellent service for a very good price...
Our room was very clean, and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!. Thank you
The restaurant was grossly over-priced and under-sized. I ordered whiting fillets as a main meal. The dish would hardly have made it as an entrée. And chips (which they oddly called 'fries') were an added extra. Not impressed. Apart from that, the hotel was very nice, and good value at the rate paid through hotelclub.net.
Great view of Albert Lake Park out to Port Phillip Bay, the room was clean, Normal size. Food was very average.
Not much in the area but very close to the City centre, a short (and cheap cab) ride to either St Kilda or the CBD. Room was nice and large (Lakeview), good facilities within the hotel.
Great stay.. the valet parking guys were fantastic! and after a big night the front desk let us have a late check out of 12:30pm!!! fantastic & highly recommended!
Very clean and comfortable. really enjoyed our stay
The bed dressing was really very stylish and welcoming. We were only in for one night but it was lovely.
