Getting there:Located in the heart of Brisbane city at King George Square on the corner of Ann and Roma streets, one block from either Central or Roma street train stations. For the best entry to the hotel by car drive down Ann Street, which is one way, turn right into Roma Street and we are the first building with the driveway on the left-hand side. A short walk to either Central or Roma Street train stations to catch a train to Milton Station, Suncorp Stadium and the domestic and international airports.
Check-in Procedure:Check in from 2pm.A credit card imprint is needed on arrival for incidental charges.If you do not have a credit card a $150 refundable cash deposit is needed.If you are settling your account by credit card a 1.5% surchage of the total bill applies.
Car parking:Valet car parking is available for hotel guests at a flat rate from $30 per night with mulitple entries and exits available. Concierge will assist with your car when you arrive at the front entrance of the hotel.
Child Policy:0-2 - infant and no charge 3-12 - child - no charge using existing bedding. If an extra bed is required (rollaway) there is an additional charge of $45 per night.
Stayed in corner room - nice views, large room. Some areas looking tired, but clean and perfectly comfortable. Staff were competent and friendly, offering free wifi if signed up to be member for free. Would stay again, as probably best hotel in Brisbane.
The Sebel at King George Square in Brisbane is a fantastic location that provides full accessability to and from the airport - and to get anywhere else including the Gold Coast. The staff were very hospitable. I rate our experience including the service as wonderful.

Only downside to my stay was when i had to get the hotel to fax a letterhead to my bank to cancel the hold on my bond. It was rather inconvenient.
I feel for a flying visit to Brisbane the Sebel was exactly what i needed.Central to town very clean easy to find .the most helpful staff i have come across in ages. I will go there again when i have business in Brisbane.
the only fault we found was the coffee shop wasn't open for service later in the afternoon

Stayed in a Sebel room and a Citigate room. The Sebel rooms are definately worth the extra cost, Citigate rooms feel slightly closed in and dull. I would not choose to stay in a Citigate room.

Check in was very good, on checking out we had to wait half an hour for our car.. not good!! .. Paying $150 bond is over the top as we are an older couple not into cleaning out the mini bar or destroying property and stay there often. Toilet needed a good scrub!
Lovely Hotel. Valet guys were polite & friendly,but they were way too busy and we had to wait 1 hour to get our car. Had leakage in bathroom from light fixture which did not get fixed properly. Service at check out was appalling as we got no compensation for our loss time and damaged goods in bathroom from water. Food & restaurant were excellent.
Great location situated in the centre of Brisbane. For the price, very disappointed with overall experience. Simply things like no soap in bathroom and internet not working as well as expensive car parking charges made for a very average experience.
