I would definately stay again, without hesitation. We stayed one night only and the staff and services was excellent. The room was designed extremely well. Two towels per person. Great view over the water. Very close to resturaunts and Cafe's. Breakfast selection was upmarket and delicious.
We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Sebel, we would recommend it to others. However we did not use any of the facilities available, neither did we patron the restaurant, as we were in Mandurah for business and needed to be out of the hotel by 7am to start the next day. Overall the hotel is of a very high standard and very relaxed and comfortable.

Concierge was great, first night was great but the second night had parties going on until after 2am with no sign of anyone telling them to be quiet & then a fire alarm going off around 3am and a burning/ smokey smell and everyone being evacuated for an hour with the fire department there for another hour after... no real explanation or apology the next morning.
A light and airy, modern building situated on The Point overlooking the estuary at Mandurah. The Standard room was large, cool and very comfortable. The staff are perhaps the cheeriest and most helpful I have met: from Reception to cleaners and pool attendant there was always a smile and a pleasant few words. The pool and gym are not large, but clean, well equipped and, during our stay, were only lightly used by other guests - so, not crowded. We did not dine at the restaurant, which is attached to the hotel, but it was clearly a popular venue for locals and guests alike, with a smart casual dress code and an attractive menu. The Sebel is a great hotel and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.
Great location and surprised by the large room size and quality for the price. Well worth the stay.
We booked our room through rates to go so the price was great but i think we should have been informed about having to pay a $50 bond on the room and to park your car in the hotel car park is $30 a night extra or you have to leave your car in a public car park. As for the breakfast it was fantastic and service was the best besides all that i would stay again and would recommend it.
Sparklingly clean. Big doors, windows and balcony giving lovely views over the canals. Close to arts centre and centre of town. Quiet. Recommended.
Loved it will most likely stay their again.
Really good location room service restaurant wasnt the best
Ideally situated on the canals within easy walking distance to the city centre and great cafes and restaurants. Large room with modern facilities. No complaints!
Friendly staff, great location and spotless.
Very pleasant location - an afternoon drink on the sunny balcony was very relaxing. The room was very attractive and modern and it was in easy walking distance of cafes and attractions.
Excellent hotel, beautiful decor, helpful staff. We had a studio room which was very spacious and had a huge, beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed it immensely and will return.
Great location, handy parking, good restaurant next door, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.
Very nice room, with a great view over Manjar Bay. We had a group of noisy people come back to the room next to us at 6.00am. We tried to ring reception but couldn't get through. However, someone else must have complained, because the entire group was evicted from the hotel. Excellent way to deal with unruly guests, thank you very much to the Duty Manager at the time. The Restaurant at "M on the Point" (in the same complex) is well worth a visit for a fine dining experience.
Nice new hotel great location walking distance to all cafes bars etc.
Everything is good except the airconditioning is noisy
Could do with an exhaust in the ensuite. Great hospitality downstairs which is its biggest drawcard. No view of the water this time around which was disappointing.
excellent room, great view, very good local restaurant attached that does charge back. only small complaint is i would have liked a better equiped gym
We think this is possibly one of Mandurah's best kept secrets. We will definitely be staying there again.
