The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet part of The Rocks area in Sydney. Right on the water with fine views of the harbour. The room spacious pleasantly appointed. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast by the sea a good experience to start the day. I'd be happy to stay again.

Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful, breakfast a bit overpriced for what you get. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent hotel. Will definitely stay again when in Sydney. Concierge went above and beyond even driving me to a nearby convenience store late at night for antacid!
This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Close to the Rocks area. Some fantastic restaurants. We had 3 nights there and loved it. The outside area is great for enjoying drinks or brekkie. Gorgeous view of the Opera House just around the corners. Concierge very helpful. Housekeeping staff were a little annoying. We had asked for a late check out and when we heard the first knock by house keeping we told them we'd be checked out by 12. After this we got another 3 knocks - a little annoying but that's all. the room service menu is okay but not great. My husband is gluten free so would have been nice to have some GF options. The in room internet connection is one of the best and very straightforward. Would recommend hotel and yes would stay there again.
This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. Its ;location turned out to be fantastic with lots of interesting restaurants to go to. I would definitely stay here again!! It was lovely and peaceful with great views.
all very good except during the night there was no water due to a problem with the pump system used in the Hotel.
I have now stayed at the Sebel Pier One three times and consider it to be the best hotel for the price that I have stayed at in Sydney. To sit on the warf having breakfast in the morning is a pleasure.
Great location, within walking distance of The Rocks heritage area and Sydney Harbour and I particularly loved the overall "pier" feel of the surroundings. Attentive service, especially when the restaurant was fully booked, we were quickly offered alternatives to dine. The only thing that they may need to look at is installing a ramp/providing better access for disabled guests or guests with young children.
We loved it here, the best location and we'd definitely stay here again.
Only problem was no parking on site wish they didn't fill the mini bar so full, as I have to have goat milk with coffee and we had to unpack the mini bar.
Very nicely located - if I go to Sydney for a holiday, I would seriously consider staying here. Room and bathroom were nice. Good bed and decent pillows Only a few annoyances - curtains not completely blockout. The vacuum toilet may save water, but it is really loud, and scared the beejeebus out of me the first (and second) time I used it. The lifts are too small (I was there for a seminar and had to go up and down a lot), and the touch buttons can be accidentally activated by an elbow or bottom! The fire stairs should clearly state you can't enter another floor from them. They only lead to the ground, which is fine.
A very well located hotel and excellent sound proofing on rooms. There is a wonderful selection of hip restaurants nearby on the wharf area next to the hotel. All-day internet was available at a moderate tarriff - not so for a bottle of hotel mineral water. All in all a good hotel for Sydney sightseeing.
Situated at Dawes Point, it is an excellent location for wandering around The Rocks area of Sydney, and also for a really close look at the Harbour Bridge. Also Circular Quay, and the Opera House are close by. The Hotel was comfortable and the time for room service was quicker than what they said it would be.
Our 3 night stay in the Sebel Pier One was wonderful. The hotel is located just at the Sydney Harbour Bridge and right in the Rocks area. We were made very welcome even though there was a slight mix up with our room on the first night............The Hotel manager was extremely kind and welcomed us to our new room with a lovely bottle of sparkling wine which went down so well before the concerts we were attending!! Yes definately will come back again.
Very relaxed friendly and comfortable. Fantastic location on Sydney Harbour for visitors looking for a Sydney experience. An easy walk around the foreshore to ferries trains and buses, with plenty of taxis if it is wet (as it was last weekend) or you're in a hurry. Right under the Harbour Bridge, close to the iconnic Opera House, Botanic Gardens and historic Rocks area.
Good location, good standard
Character building and pleasant location. We would definitely return
Had a great time. Loved the hotel. Nice and close to town but far away from the noise.
The fridge was broken so we unable to have anything from the mini bar and the toilet had something in it on arrival.
