Check-in Procedure:Check in is 2pm Monday to Friday, on Saturdays & Sundays from 3pm. Early check in is strictly subject to availability and can not be guaranteed.
Car parking:Parking is available in the Playford Car Park for hotel guests. We offer valet parking for $30.00 per night, per car, or a self park option of $15.00 per night, per car. The car park is located in Victoria Street directly opposite the hotel''''s main entrance.

Wonderful service, some hotels could take a leaf out of their book. Room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the facility of the pool and spa. Only fault is they forgot my morning paper and taxi requested. Otherwise well done.

An excellent hotel. Room was very good, staff were friendly and service was excellent. Altogether a wonderful experience. One of the best hotels in Adelaide and I will stay there each time I go to Adelaide from now on.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was amazing - very modern Australian menu and well executed. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Best selection of fruits I've seen at a hotel breakfast buffet - fresh pinapple with chilli, red papaya with passionfruit, lychees, etc. Really excellent. Concierge very helpful. Definately stay there again.

Exceptionally friendly welcome from "Hotel Ambassador" or concierge. Most helpful in arranging a wineries tour. Virtually all staff proactive and helpful.
