Getting there:The hotel is located on the corner of Albert & Charlotte Streets. The hotel entry and car park entry are located on Charlotte Street. Brisbane Airport is approximately a 20 minute drive from the city centre. Taxis are available from the front of the terminal building, and AirTrain stations are located adjacent. If arriving by train, the closest station is Central Station, a 5 minute walk from The Sebel. For the ultimate door-to-door indulgence, the hotel can arrange for a limousine and driver to collect you from the airport. Additional charges apply.
Check-in Procedure:The Sebel Suites Brisbane has 24-hour Reception and check in facilities. Guaranteed check in time is from 2pm. Earlier arrival times may be accommodated subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Upon arrival guests must present photo identification matching the reservation name, a copy of which will be retained on file. A credit card pre-authorisation of $150.00 or cash deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of check-in to guarantee incidental charges.
Car parking:Car parking is charged at a daily rate per vehicle per night with unlimited entry/exit. Our on-site, secure car park has direct lift access to the hotel lobby.
Child Policy:Two children under twelve can stay in suite free of charge using existing bedding
Great experience from the time we checked. I was in a group of four ladies in a one bedroom suite and the sofa bed was made up and pulled out when we arrived. Our request for ice was accomodated immediately, delivered to the room with no charge. Plenty of options for dining close by and close to the Queen st Mall. Would definitely return!
Very helpful, pleasant staff and an upgrade from studio to one bedroom were all very much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again

One of the best Hotels I have stayed at for the price. Great location, if you are in the city. Couldn't fault the room, and the Bathroom was super clean, which is a big requirement for me!! Really friendly and helpful staff. Great!
This is a very good hotel. My suite was first class and the restaurant provided good food. I heartily recommend this as a good place to stay and will do so again myself.

Newly renovated, so clean and tidy in room. Staff service was friendly and efficient - like they had actually been trained in customer service. Outstanding chef for room service and restaurant - well above average for this standard of accommodation. Pity they haven't renovated the lift carpet - what were they thinking?
The service was great! We felt at home and I got even sad to leave it! There was an issue with the microwave that brought all lights down when we tried to use it one night. But they were very helpful, identified it was defective and replaced it on the next working day. I strongly recommend!
Very nice room and good facilities. Close to the city centre - easy walking access to many places. Disappointed that we had to pay to park our car there -felt this should be complimentary considering you have booked a room in the place.
Excellent location, although construction sites nearby were a bit noisy. Would have been nice to have chairs for outdoor seating. And beware....you can get locked out of the bathroom! Staff were very helpful, and upgrade was offered.
excellent hotel and great location
Hotel, facilities, service and location were excellent. The hotel restaurant was the only letdown - food was average , however the prices were excessive. $16 for three pancakes for breakfast was beyond acceptable- to add insult to injury they were not nice ! However I would highly recommend staying here - just eat elsewhere.
