The place is fantastic. the rooms are clean n cosy. the bathroom is clean. I reserved two suites n both are excellent. One thing which is not working quite well is the air-cond. It'a leaking. The swimming pool is a bit small n not very inviting though. On the breakfast, if you go out late for breakfast, there is nothing much left. The breakfast area is very glaring with the sun shining directly on you if you go out late for breakfast which is uncomfortable. You don't get to enjoy a good breakfast because it's too hot. The staffs are very polite and very helpful. It'a a very quite place to stay. No noise pollution to disturb your sleep. It's very convenient to go to Seminyak area. The hotel staff will call a taxi for you. Very nice. With the little hiccups here and there, I still love this place. Will definitely recommend this place to my freinds.
Very small hotel, nearly no customers despite in week end. Nice rooms, but expensive compare to limited facilities. Isolated.
Deluxe Suite are located on the second floor of our 2 Bedroom Suites features a private veranda with a sitting area. Deluxe Suite Bedrooms are available with King Size and Twin Beds. The Staircase to the second floor has private access from the first floor via an outside covered staircase.

All Bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathroom and full entertainment units - with Satellite TV, DVD, CD (available for DVD Movie & Music with No Charged) and WIFi Broadband Internet. Bedrooms are ONLY available with King Size Beds. The Grand Suite Offers an open air living & dining area with galley-style kitchens.
The 2 Bedroom Suite have both upstairs & downstairs bedrooms (Deluxe Suite & Grand Suite combined). All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms and full entertainment units - including satelitte TV, DVD, CD, as well as WIFI broadband internet. On the ground floor, this suite enjoys an open air living & dining area, with galley-style kitchens whereas the second floor enjoys a breezy veranda sitting area. The staircase to the second floor has private access from the first floor via an outside covered staircase.
The 3-bedroom suite is the only unit with a spectacular poolside view. Two bedrooms are located on the ground level, with a connecting spacious bathroom and the 3rd bedroom is located on the second floor. The second floor has a private sitting area on the verandah. All bedrooms have King Size Beds, are fully air-conditioned, 2 en-suite bathrooms, entertainment units - conditioned with en-suite bathrooms and full entertainment units - including satelitte TV, DVD, CD, as well as WIFI broadband internet. The 3 bedroom also has a living area and separate spacious area for dining and a kitchen.
Breakfast area is not at all pleasant - essentially the from the lobby abutting in to the car park. It is in the sun and very hot. Swimming pool area is at the rear of the property and a long walk from the bar / restaurant area. It is very crampled and heat bowl in itself. The rooms, while nicely decorated, lacked amenities like power points for charging mobiles and a desk for writing / using a laptop Lighting was inadequate also, making evening reading difficult. Security at front entrance also inadequate Value for money was OK, staff friendly and helpful, and location very conveneient for Seminyak and Canggu (but still need a car or motorbike)
good place to stay,quiet place to skip the busyday,clean room and very 5 stars suite. Room was big and interior design is good!
Staff was friendly and room was very clean. We ordered room service and food was delivered promptly. Scenery was great facing the Padi fields and environment was quiet and relax except for a dog barking at night. Would reccomand this resort hotel to budget consicous travellers who are looking for a nice and quiet resort to spend their time with, with their loved ones. Would definately stay here again!
