Getting there:Transfers can be booked at an additional cost. (Contact Reception if you want us to arrange) Airport coaches, taxi's and limousines are available from Brisbane and Coolangatta Airports. PLEASE NOTE. From late February to April 2010 the stairwell windows at the rear of the building are to be replaced. There may be some occasions when noise may be heard within the building. Our rates have been adjusted to take this into consideration.
Check-in Procedure:Reception hours 8-30am to 5pm daily (9am TO 12 Noon Sat & Sun). If checking in outside of these times, dial 300 on the phone at front door for our After Hours Service .They will give you all the necessary instructions for an easy access to your apartment.
Car parking:FREE undercover parking in the basement with lift access to Reception or your Apartment Also free off-street exterior carpark at rear of building. Set-down area in front of hotel entrance.
Child Policy:Under 2years free. Up to 2 extra children under the age of 16 ( sharing a sofa bed in the lounge ) at a total extra cost of AU$25 will be accepted
Was perfectly happy with everything about the stay & the accommodation.
I found the appartments to be clean and cosy.it had everything you needed to enjoy your few days away,there was just one thing i was not impressed with we were staying friday till monday and we had one towel each for the weekend i think if the towels were changed every second day.i will tell my friends it was a great spot plus i will stay again

We had an excelent stay. great location, and fantastic service from the reception staff, would recomend.
Very kind receptionists, but the suttle bus reservation was a bit more expensive that other providers.
the staff are friendly and helpful. perfect location, just a few steps from the beach, bus stops and a few minutes away from the shopping and dining center.
Its very cheap and in saying that you do get what you pay for. still really good place if you're on a budget. i'd stay again if low on budget. works well for couples, nice retreat if you dont wanna spend big :D
Grubbiness of furniture and bedspread reduced enjoyment. Kitchen was fantastic. Shower drain needed attention. Pricing was ok.
Great Accommodation 8th floor ocean view walk to Cavill Av. csnnot fault this property will do the same next year 5 Stars for us.
Great stay - highly recommended and a bargain for the price. Close to the main drag of Surfers and almost on the beach. Pool and spa very clean. Room also clean and comes with full foxtel (albeit small tv but I guess you can't have everything). A minor mixup with the extra linen for the sofa bed was fixed up with no fuss. Staff very helpful. Downstairs cafe good food at good prices. Would definitely stay again.
Clean, comfortable,quiet, convenient great ocean views. Excellent security. Polite and very friendly service. Could not fault. Sincereley recommendable.

the lady at the front counter [...] was very unheplful, she looked like she was over worked and had to much to do to help anyone, she was rude on the phone to people while i was waiting, she was very short to evryone one. i hope when she goes away someone treats her like she treats other people. the room 114 the two couches were broken and were very uncomfortable to even sit in, the the windows had no window locks or fly screens. when i rang the front counter i was told shut the windows, i replyed back i would but there is no air con.then you work it out. very rude. the front bar and resturant fantastic people very kind could not do enough for you the food was fantastic i would never stay at the shore again while the present people lease it but i would make a effort to walk 10 mins to eat there again. the pool very clean and nice although ther were tiles missing on the end of the pool and we stayed for 8 days no effort to fix them and no signs.
Good budget accomodation apartments close to everything.
I took my 2 daughters with me ,we loved the position . The rooms were nice enough. The pool/ spa was great as an escape from the wind on the beach. I highly recommend the cafe downstairs next to the foyer, cafe azure ? Would recommend for budget conscience .
A great priced apartment for the budget conscious. The windows needed a good clean, but apart from that the rooms were well kept. Facilities were good, and the service was friendly. A short walk to Cavill Ave, the location was handy.
Very good place to stay for a holiday. We were so happy that we chosed this apartment. For the amount we paid, we didn't expect a such great place. The apartment is definitely excess our expectation, and we will return without doubt.
