"Very very dissapointed The reason for this is that i was so upset by what happened on our stay at this hotel that i have to write this complaint. My wife and i arrived at the hotel at 13-30 on Saturday 17 june, we were given our room. We had 1 hour to prepare for a wedding, problem 1 cold water tap not working in bath/shower.On way out to wedding reported the problem to reception, someone went to have a look at the tap. Returned to hotel after wedding 12-30 am Sunday. Awoke next morning to still no bath or shower. reported on departure about the problem again. This time to a different young lady who was very upset about what had happened offered us a bottle of wine, which is probably the best she could offer. What i would like to know is what do you and your company think about upsetting what was otherwise a well planned trip and how can you regain my confidence in your organisation. thank you, mr J Heaton " - James Heaton

From the M42 take junction 2 following the A441 (signposted Redditch and all other districts) Take a left turning signposted Southcrest and Quality Hotel. You will see B&Q / Matalan on your right. At the rounadabout follow it round following the Quality Hotel signs. At the mini rounabout turn left and immediate right onto Pool Bank. The Quality Hotel is located on the left at the top of Pool Bank. |
