Really great room. Lots of light and space. Perfect for the amount of people and what a great price.
We stayed at Punt Hill for a night and had a wonderful time. The rooms were comfertable and clean, the manager was very helpful and friendly. Right out the front of a tram stop. Very close to everything we needed. Such a great price for what we got. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Near to tram stop for transportation into city. Friendly staff. Good sized, comfortable accomodation. Only downside was traffic noise from the main road.
Great place to base our recent family holiday. The Stanton was reasonably priced & clean.
modern however there is no airconditioning in bedrooms or fans and on a hot night it makes sleeping uncomfortable. location is good close to chapel st, st kilda and albert park

Excellent service, lovely and spacious apartment, and clean.
The Apartment was very nice. Balcony with view on both sides of the building. Worked well for our family to be together and be able to have a meal or two without having to dine out. The TRAM was very convient to both the beach and the city. Would recommend it to others.
The Stanton was excellent value for money. 3 bedrooms and a spacy living room, with a fully equiped kitchen. Excellent for a family or a group of friends. The pool, spa and sauna were fun and the location is good being next to Fitzroy St. My only complaint was that there was no locks on the toilet or bathroom.
I thought that for the specials price offered it was great value for a very lovely apartment - with great facilitites.
Firstly, the undercover "securely electronically locked" undercover parking was excellent, the 3 bedroom apartment for me and my children was very tasteful and large. Completing the night package was an undercover pool with spa, exercise room and sauna. What more can I say, for the price I paid for the stay at the Punt Hill serviced apartment, beautifully located right on the doorstep of Melbourne, do yourself a favour and enjoy it.
Highly recommended for families. 3 bedroom apartment was comfortable (except for hard pillows), certainly clean, and surprisingly spacious. The pool/spa etc is terrific for wearing out children to help them off to sleep during an exciting school holiday sojourn to the bright lights. Opposite a tramstop, wonderfully convenient to get into the city or down to Acland St. Evening/night traffic was not loud, in fact it was quieter than we expected. Will be back, but with [your website] prices!
Great value for CBD one or two bedroom apartments.Decor is right up with 4 star standards. Great location with everything at your door side including art , transport, and wonderful street dining. We visit Melbourne twice a year from New Zealand and usually stay a full week.This was our first visit to The Stanton but it will not be our last.It bets the plasticized big chain hotels we are used to hands down. .
