The Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok

Clean, tidy and well priced.

If this hotel was situated at a more pleasant location, considering the service and the cleanliness of the place, it would be in the four star class and whenever I have reason in the future to stay in Bangkok,I shall reside at the Twin Towers Hotel.

Great value. Somewhat close to the BTS lines, which made navigating the city a lot easier. Close to Chinatown, quick ride. Friendly staff, most spoke English and were very helpful. No late checkout, but would hold your bags free of charge.

Overall not much change in hotel appearance as I have been staying in Twin Tower Hotel for many years. Bell boy service did not improve as they don't help hotel guest to flag taxi and assist in luggage carrying as before. Hotel room needs renovation as the carpet and bedsheets are getting old. Daily breakfast is as usual with not much variety change but acceptable. Reception is friendly and if yo're looking for a hotel that's near MBK and Yowarat (Chinatown), this is a value hotel to stay in.

Been to Bangkok many times, each time im headache to select hotel, finally found a hotel which is good location & reasonable price. Good locations, easy excess to all major shopping malls. Rooms were spacious & clean but bathroom kinda old. The hot water in the shower continues to be inconsistent, sometimes its scalding hot & hard to adjust. The shower head seems faulty & water flow was "super" slow. I've checked with the housekeeping, she told me all rooms are the same, a bit disappointed after hearing that. Rooms service was reasonable & food served fast, food was still hot while we eat. The staff are courteous & helpful. Overall the hotel provides great value of money except for the toilet, if the hotel can improve that it will be excellent!

it was a goood except 1 thing. on the 5th floor, there's a massage shop and when I went there at 10 PM , the lady offered me a prostitue. I was traveling with my family, so I was so so surprised. this kind of thing make the hotel's reputation bad.

The hotel rate is relatively cheap for the room size u get. The location is out of the shopping areas (5mins drive from MBK, 10mins to Pratunum..etc). However taxi is always readily available at the lobby. The hotel room is very clean and the staff are friendly. But breakfast is almost the same for the 6 days i was there...hope they can serve more variety.

Nice hotel. Close to MBK - the best shoppingplace in Bangkok. Nice pool. Except for a big tarantula in the lobby - everything was nice and tidy:)

We were very satisfied with our stay at the twin towers hotel in bangkok. The service was exellent and the room was big and clean. It was located very central. I would most definitely recomend this hotel to others. Good pricing too.

Overall a nice hotel....needs a little updating however. Could possibly walk from the hotel to places but it was soo dirty and stinky outside to consider it. Good Taxi facilities from the hotel, good prices!!! Bad breakfast however....not a big selection for the westerner....

Had a good stay in this hotel as it is a decent hotel for one or two nights in Bangkok. Stayed many times before and will again on my next visit.

Very nice hotel, only thing that wasn't good was the location i think.

With no water pressure in the shower/tub and very little hot water. along with room service not giving water and ice as requested, I was very disappointed in this stay. Last year was very nice, this year makes me wonder if I want to stay there again.

Highly recommended. During the protests and delays last November, the hotel staff were very helpful.

The bell boy service has detoriated, not as helpful and friendly as before. Overall, location is near to MBK or Yaowarat (chinatown fr shark fin or bird nest.) Room rates have gone slightly up and you don't see much improvement in the hotel facilities. Breakfast ok but if you stay with room only, breakfast charge of 330 baht is definitely not worth the price. Still a hotel worth considering in terms of room size and location.

I have been staying in the Twin Towers on my trips to Bangkok over the past three years. It is good value for money and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

very good location, quite at night & near main shopping malls, metro is 5-7 min walk, nice rooms a bit old furneture but in good condition, room service is very good as well as the menue for the room dining & resonable prices, the spa is great & proficinal staff there, swimming pool is nice & clean, breakfast is great & lots of diffrent types of food.
