The Venetian Macau Resort Hotel

Love this hotel room. Beds are big and comfortable sofa bed too! Only setback is not near to town but it is OK. There's plenty of food court food and free bus shuttle to the town too!

property is enormous but the rooms are incredible and there are plenty of opportunities to gamble. the best club is located across the street at the hard rock and some of the best restaurants are a cab ride away at the Wynn.

Beautiful exterior and interior decor.Better than expected check in and out service despite the size of the hotel with such a big nos of rooms. Nice and comfortable room size for the Bella suite that we booked.The service provided to transfer our baggage from our taxi upon arrival to our room and out to the hotel airport shuttle is excellent and essential to the hotel of this size.

Check in takes about 30 min, reception stuff is nice but other stuff with poor English. Once I got wrong derection and walk another 20 min to found way. Huge lineup for taxi and shuttle bus, everywhere groups of loud mainlanders. Room is good but a little old. Second tv is looks like 10 years old, no iPod dock, the bed is ok, you have no feeling like you special in this hotel. All decoration in hotel are awesome. They defenetly need more stuff to improve service.

the hotel is very big.. very nice interior, its like your in a movie or something.. room also is huge and clean and looks new and well maintained. if you stay in this hotel, you don't need to go out anymore, because inside the hotel, everything you need probably is in the hotel, shopping, food, entertainment. and if ever you want to go somewhere else, like ferry terminal, airport, city. hotel provide free service shuttle to almost everywhere also in macau.

The overall experience is very good as I stayed in for 3 nights . Shuttle buses are available to many places such as airport , ferry terminal,border gate and casinos . Even though my booking were no breakfast provided , but we can simply find foods down the shopping mall and inside casino. The room is clean .Only to find a bit dislike when I found out the canopy-draped is bit dusty. The bathroom is large ,clean and bright . Check-in process were fast though the crowd was huge coz they have main lobby and west lobby to check-in. The City of Dreams is just within walking distance too .

Its a really WOW hotel, would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who would wants to visit Macau. We stayed there for 2 nights and we didn't step out of the hotel complex for the entire of our stay. There's so much to do. Its a top notch hotel.

The Venetian Resort is a beautiful place and it truly lives up to its name. We had an excellent time there and definitely hope to go back again in the future.

It's a great luxurious hotel. It was wonderful to stay there. The room is big and comfortable, clean, well designed. The stuff I'd very friendly and helpful. I was enjoying to stay there. And the gandoliers have a great voice as an operas singer))I will recommend it to my friends)

Crowded at the lobby for check-in and only allow to check in at 3pm. Room is huge but dim. Would prefer for a brighter room.

My room was upgraded on check in. It was a present surprise. Eventhough my stay was for one night, I did enjoy the view from my 20th room. However the room is beginning to show some wear and tear especially the carpet along the edges. I would still recommend it to my friends due to it facilities and cleanliness and most important the great service provided by the hotel staff.

If you've been to Macau before, you can just stay in this hotel and never leave. So many things to keep you busy even if you do not gamble: swimming, gym, mini golf, shops, restaurants. Its a destination in itself. Also just a few minutes walk from Taipa which is great to go around in.

For the price that we paid to stay in Venetian Resort, we found that it was really worthwhile to pay the premium to stay in such a good resort. Spacious and comfort room with good services we had received.

Check-in was smooth. The room was excellent. The only down side was the appearance of prostitutes at Bellini's bar and Starbucks Coffee during the early hours around 2.am.on what was loosely called Ladies Night

Had a great time & really loved our stay...only complaint was that wi-fi wasn't free of charge

I had a great time at The Venetian Resort Macau...the service was good, there was no problem going to the hotel from the airport and going to the airport from the hotel. the front desk people were very accommodating and the service crew were very hospitable.

This is the 2nd time i stayed at the Venetian. However, room still the same, Service was slightly better this time i feel. However, we requested for non smoking room, but when we got into the hotel vicinity, the whole place was full of cigarette smell. For that kind of price we paid (USD300+) per night, i expect the hotel to maintain a high standard of cleaniless and free of pollution. It was totally a different feel when we walk into Hardrock hotel, where we were welcomed with a very nice and pleasant fragrant atmosphere. Would stay in Hardrock the next time.

The hotel facilities are FANTASTIC! The free shuttle bus around the city from one casino/hotel to another is very helpful and convenient, especially to and fro the airport!

We had some problem checking in, but the staff at the hotel was superbly courteous and helpful! We really appreciate the kindness!!
