The Victoria Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the Dunedin city. It is right next to the Cadbury Chocolate World, one minute walk to the George Street, five minutes walk to the Octagon or Railway Station or Dunedin Hospital, and within 20 minutes walk to the new Forsyth Barr Stadium. The hotel is newly refurbished with 41 rooms which comprise of Deluxe Studio rooms, Kitchen Studio, One-bedroom Unit, Two-bedroom Penthouse and Superior Suite. It features a glass-walled lift to the fourth floor giving an excellent view over our beautiful city. The Victoria Hotel provides 3 Function venues available for conferences, business meetings, wedding receptions and any special events. The hotel restaurant is opening from 7am - 10 am for breakfast and 6pm - 8pm for dinner daily. The bar is also available from 7am till late.

Good value hotel, helpful staff, central location and good car parking.
This is quite a small hotel, with some nice polished timber features inside. The room was large and bed comfortable, although the only chair provided was a common wooden kitchen chair - it would be nice to have comfy chairs to watch TV. The hotel is just a block from Stuart Street, which offers a number of bars, cafes and restaurants.
Great deal for the people looking for room only. Rate is up to 2 people. Extra adult $25.00. First Child free, extra child $25.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.

This newly built two-bedrooms Penthouse is located on the top of the hotel, which has the great view of the Dunedin city. It features a spacious bathroom, two-bedrooms and a lounge with full kitchen facility. It is ideal for the family outing.
good central locaton, good breakfast and friendly staff. only downside no ventilation/heating in the bathroom very steamy after showering
This hotel was most obliging when we had inadvertently booked the wrong dates. They found us a room but unfortunately only half the lighting worked, and there was no-where to hang your clothes, not even a chair to drap them over. Breakfast was rather expensive for the Continental style, especially when things ran out they did not replace them so you missed out.
