"Two issues at the hotel which put a dampener on our stay:
1) The valet damaged my Mum's car and the hotel made no acknowledgement or apology for this.
2) We were not notified about belongings left behind in the wardrobe and when we called to follow up about the items that evening, the staff were less than helpful. This resulted in 2 phone calls made to the Hotel and an additional trip into the city on another day to follow up about the items :(" - Christy Maillard
