By Tube: Bond Street Station, Use Davies Street exit, cross directly over into South Moulton Street, at the end of South Moulton Street and Avery Row and via right into Bond Street, the Westbury will be on your left.

Location excellent but room facilities rather tired,despite refurbishment. Simple issues add up--no full length mirror and aged hairdryer in desk for example.No tea/coffee and room service astronomical!! Nice people but better value elsewhere in area.
Unable to check in until 2.45. Bathroom small and tired. Room size ok, A/C not working room very warm and decor very worn. Not very good value for money, overpriced and overated. Breakfast is a joke we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated even though the breakfast room was half empty. The organisation and service after that was not much better for a overpriced £26.00 per person breakfast. I have stayed in good hotels all over the world and this was not one of them! The hotel is relying on its excellent location if it did not have this it would struggle to fill its rooms. I was embarrased that people from all over the world are using such a overated overpriced Hotel, even for London.

Rooms not large but well cleaned with firm comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and bright and good power shower. All staff very attentive and proffessional. Be careful as bar prices very expensive and 12.5% service charge added to everything.

Great hotel, very good location, the Polo Bar is well worth having a drink in, only downside was it's very expensive to eat.
Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, staff very helpful especially after mistakenly leaving a personal item behind. The staff very quickly located it and was returned to me within 3 days.

Really nice Molten Brown toiletries. Well stocked mini-bar but with normal high prices. The bed was huge and very comfortable, the room size was bigger than many London hotels, and location was excellent - so overall very pleased.
