"i was suprised that as a five star hotel service and cleanliness is not up to standard.as we are double occupancy,room slippers is only one pair and some toiletries like cottonbud is not provided.guess what ,we even got our wc overflow at middle of the night!!!and the soundproof was bad we will disturb by our neighbours screaming and upstairs walking /step sound.the location was out of the main city.at the end of tian-he." - Anonymous
