Getting there:From East: From the Karak Expressway drive towards Jalan Hulu Klang. Take the Middle Ring Road II and continue to the Ampang Elevated Highway. Exit at Jalan Tun Razak-South and proceed along the road. Turn onto Jalan Bukit Bintang after the Kuwait Embassy on your left. From North: From the North-South Expressway exit at Jalan Duta Toll Plaza. Proceed to Jalan Kuching followed by Jalan Tun Razak. Travel along the flyover, pass Cycle & Carriage, and turn right into Jalan Bukit Bintang. From West From the Federal Highway take the exit to Taman Desa-Cheras Highway. Follow Jalan Sungai Besi and exit to Jalan Tun Razak-Drive along Jalan Tun Razak. Take a left turn onto Jalan Bukit Bintang after passing the Indonesian Embassy. From South From the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway exit at Jalan Sungai Besi Toll Plaza. Continue and turn right onto Jalan Sungai Besi. Travel straight and take a left turn onto Jalan Bukit Bintang after passing the Indonesian Embassy.

The hotel located opposite the famous kuala lumpur shopping heaven "the pavilion". Room is clean and comfort.
Hotel is great! only problem is why the breakfast was not included with my reservation !! and no any notice when making reservation!!
we have stayed at this hotel for the 5th time within the last 3 years.. we love it.. it is close to all big shopping centres and the breakfast buffet is scrumptous.. would recommend it to all my family and friends..

The service is excellent, and location is superb, right in the city centre. My husband and I spent stayed for 3 nights, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were very efficient and friendly. It would've been perfect if the car parking and wifi internet access came complimentary with the room rate. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to KL.
It is a really good hotel , just opposite to the pavillion shopping centre KL. Hotel conceige alway help us to call the taxi by metre, not like the other only asking you to use their hotel limouse for paying more. The lobby is small, so not easy to get where is the resturant hiding. May next time to stay there again, and know more about it. Strongly recommand.
A lovely hotel to stay in. The staff were very friendly. Room was very neat and clean and the shower was fantastic. Location is very good as it is next to the Pavilion which is a great shopping centre for branded and not so branded goods. Breakfast was great too -a very good spread indeeed. Will definitely go back to stay again.
World-class hotel with professional service and facilities - unexpected but welcomed little touches include complimentary wi-fi, popsicles and fresh fruit pool-side, as well as a daily changing array of complimentary iced herbal teas in the lobby. Superb location right in the heart of KL's luxury shopping district.
As a regular traveller to KL & other cities in Asia, we chose the Westin due to its proximity all the shopping & night life in Bukit Bintang. Plus points: good service/friendly staff as one would expect from a deluxe hotel like the Westin. Excellent location to experience Bukit Bintang, though if travelling in & out of the hotel by car it can be cumbersome due to traffic & the 1-way loop in this particular stretch of road.Excellent Italian restaurant (Prego). Negative aspects: rooms are spacious, but in need of more oomph & colour for a deluxe hotel. Free internet should be offered, in line with other hotels charging this rate (Shangri-La, Traders etc). Middle aged Indian lady at limo/umbrella counter should be more courteous & friendly like other staff.

the location of the hotel couldn't be better.. across the road from the pavillion!! the breakfast buffet selection was not so great for the price we paid.. we stayed for 5 nights and the cleaning lady got lazy by the 3rd night..
service was good, however i requested a bowl and spoon 3 times and it never arrived. they were kind enough to allow a late check out and early check in.
Great location very good value for the one bedroom executive residence. Too bad could only stay for 1 night but will definately spend more time there next time around.
Awesome hotel!
Possibly the nicest hotel room I've ever had, and certainly the most comfortable bed. Wow it was amazing! The toilet flush being loose was the only downside, the rest was fantastic! Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel. We has a deluxe twin tower room which had an amazing view - particularly at night time. Would highly recommend it. Within walking distance to major shopping centres, and with excellent service you can't go wrong. The beds were also extremely comfortable which makes it a great stopover hotel if you are looking for a chance to rest and relax.
Buffet breakfast is sensational in both choice & quality. Great value for 5 star hotel. Service was pretty good. Only criticism was tha the room was not ready when we arrived @ 2:30pm and had to wait 30 minutes but was given 2 complimentary drinks at the bar whie we waited. Nevertheless it would've been better if the room was ready as we had booked a long while before and made note of our arrival time. Sydney - Australia
Amazing value for money. Superb pool and central location - transport and shops easily accessible. Qba bar on site provides good latin style music and nightlife. Almost too much service....staff always asking if they can help. Emormous breakfast providing food from all areas of the globe!
