Great to have been upgraded to ocean view. Great resort location. Better shuttle service with clear direction of pick up point will be more perfect.
The staff are able to communicate in English well and are very polite, friendly and helpful. Service is very good and prompt. The rooms are very big and come with a balcony. Although the location of the resort is rather out of the way, the excellent service and comfort has made up for it. I am extremely pleased with my stay and will definitely return to Westin Resort if the price is right! Keep up the good work!

We liked the quietness of the location and the fact that there is no gambling in the hotel. The hotel food is too expensive and not good. The rooms are nice but the carpet was old and stained and the headboards of the beds were falling apart. It has become shabby and out of date. The staff is wonderful and they are embarrassed by the condition of the hotel as well. We really enjoyed our stay as we were there to rest.
It was really a very good exp. with this resort. The prices is quite high but really good place for relax and to rejuvenate. The location is really mind blowing. Suggestion: Take a SEA VIEW room. Food is also superb but don't have so much variety. Little far from casino's and nightclubs., So make it sure you can spend so much money for taxi's. Lolz. ! Enjoy !
Westin Resort Macau is a nice place for quiet retreat as it is away from the bustling city and casino areas. Hotel staff were attentive and very helpful. There is an hourly shuttle service to Macau Ferry Terminal but you can request to drop off along the way, ie. at The Venetian/Airport/Taipa/etc. During cooler season, the indoor heated pool/jacuzzi is a blessing. Next to the resort, there is a Golf Club overlooking the sea and a hiking trail to the A-Ma Cultural Village (5km trail).
The Westin Resort in Macau is a great hotel to choose to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's location is just perfect.
