Getting there:East: Travel west on New South Head Rd and straight onto William St. Proceed north onto Elizabeth St and then west onto Hunter Street. Travel two blocks and then turn south onto Pitt St. North: Take Warringah Freeway/Pacific Highway South to Sydney Harbor bridge or tunnel. If crossing bridge, take Cahill Express Exit. For both crossings, take the Bridge Street Exit. Proceed west on Bridge St and then turn south onto Pitt St. West: Travel on the Western District to the King St Exit. Continue 7 blocks along King Street until Elizabeth St and turn left. Continue 2 blocks and turn left on Hunter St. Proceed 2 blocks and turn left into Pitt St. Continue 3 blocks to the hotel which is on the right hand side just past Martin Place. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Temporary road closures will be in place on during the ANZAC day parade on 25th April between 4.00am and 3.00pm. Modern Executive Superior Room with a King bed located on the top four floors of the hotel. Children must be accompanied by an adult to access the Executive lounge. No children allowed in the Executive lounge between 6pm and 8 pm.
This hotel is rated 5 star so you would expect it to be good.The room for two people was large and contained 2 double beds plus an armchair. Beds were very comfortable. Being on the 12th floor it was quiet with a reasonable view. Internet very expensive but free in the business area and parts of the lobby.Restaurant quite pricey but very good. Breakfast at $42 overpriced but excellent variety. Two minutes walk to Pitt St Mall. Avoid the car park at $54 per night - more if you ask the consierge to park the car.
lovely hotel on the heart of CBD. Walk to everything. Expensive but competitive. Room was lovely but those prefering privacy might want to take a look

Fantastic place to stay!! Great facilities, rooms, staff, service etc etc. had a room on the 20th floor and the outlook was great. Would definately stay there again especially for special occasions!
Really enjoyed our stay. Great venue and location. The extra amenities like restaurants and shops is a real bonus. And the most important thing - service - was perfect. Discrete and high quality.
We stayed at the Westin for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely stay again.
I stayed at the Westin while in Sydney on Business. Its a large, impersonal hotel without a soul, however, the room was large and very comfortable and clean. It was beautifully presented. There was no window to the outside world, but rather to an atrium - quite attractive. Location was good - clost to Pitt Street Mall, Circular Keys and Darling Harbour. On the negative : The staff were not just professional but were somewhat condescending. Anyone would think they were better than the people they served! This is with exception to a young waitress in the bar. A glass of wine from a bottle shop that would cost no more than $25 if bought at a bottle shop was $18.

This is right up there with the best hotels. We also stayed with Westin Times Square, NY, equally as good an experience.

Excellent stay, room was great, staff were friendly and attentive, location good to Pitt Street Mall. Only negatives were room that we were given had no view and on lower floor and restuarant very expensive but other than that it was lovely.
Superb hotel, centrally located, pleasant and courteous staff, very comfortable bed, excellent facilities- what more can you ask for- will come back again
