Good bag storage arrangement, excellent location, but no bathtub, no toaster in breakfast room.

Internet access is advertized, and apparently it is available. You must however pay extra to obtain access, which is not indicated at the time of reservation.

The hotel location is near the train station n it is just opp the Oslo City which is great.The hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Worth the money. Good Thai food near by.

Nice little hotel. quiet although in mid-city, very good buffet breakfast, great location, close to railway station and "metro", Oslo City shopping mall and restaurants, walking distance to Karl Johans avenue, Opera & harbour, National Theater and Art Center - I would definitely go back and recommand it.

Free internet and evening buffet on weekdays. Carparking were not free but it was in hotel.

Very clean comfortable hotel with great breakfast and good service. WE found it a bit hard to find as it was a little further from the station than we expected from the description but once identified, it proved a convenient location.

Location of Hotel is close to the Railway Central Station. Only 5 min walk.

A really good hotel, clean n nicely decorated. Right next to the main station and easy access to all part of the city and right in front of the shopping area. Breakfast was wonderful, with a good mix of warm n cold spread and the menu changes everyday. The staff are really nice and helpful. Best of all, I was allowed for a very late check out at 4pm (as the hotel was not busy that day). Would definitely recommend anyone to this hotel. Even [Tourism Guide] gives good review to this hotel. Well done !!

I stayed 3 nights and the only criticism is that the mini bar was not checked and refilled by the hotell staff.

For the price we paid, this was great value. We had a big room with a couch and a large bathroom. There was a mini bar and free tea/coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast was excellent value. There was also a coffee machine downstairs that was always available and free. Very good location - close to train & bus terminal.

Excellent hotel if your going early on the Norway in a Nutshell tour. A good budget hotel for a stop-over and very helpful staff. The free coffee in reception is a bonus, especially with Oslo being sooo expensive!

Although overall the hotel was good a lounge of some sort would have made a big difference. Breakfast was very good.

Clean and efficient budget hotel. Breakfast was nice and staff is very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a good value in Norway, it's a good choice since all Norway hotels do not differ too much unless you are willing to pay a lot.

Nice and very central hotel in Oslo. The single room is a bit smaller than at other hotels I've tried in Oslo, but it's clean and even though it was facing the big shopping mall "Oslo City" was quiet as well. Breakfast was included and it was nice, there was also an evening buffet included from Monday til Thursday.

The reception staff are great as were other staff.

Excellent value hotel close Oslo Central Station, but in a relatively quiet and safe street. The breakfact and free evening snack are great. Recommended.

Very nice hotel in location that is convenient to train station though not particularly attractive. Large, quiet, comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Good value.
