Thon Hotel Polar has 113 pleasant rooms in two buildings, where the one across the street will give you a breath of fresh air when walking to the breakfast room. Breakfast is served on ground floor right next to the hotel lobby, and is included when staying with us.

Everything the “Paris of the North” is known for is located within walking distance from us. The direct bus from the airport stops right by, and we have 20 available parking spaces for our guests.

Very small rooms with simple furnishings, but very good location in the centre of the town. Three strars rating seems too high. The dinning room is open 24 hours with access to free hot drinks - very convenient !
Small room. The breakfast buffet was ok in an ambient dining room that had a good view of the town.
The Thon Polar Hotel was extremely well priced, conveniently located and offered a nice breakfast in a cheerful restaurant. Other benefits included free access to movie channels and free access to the internet from the reception area. The rooms were clean, however they were very very small.
Good location in this nice town. Airport bus leaves from just around the corner. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with good views of the town. Would recommend this hotel.
A very central and honest hotel.
Incoming flight was substantially delayed and I did not arrive at hotel until 0330 hours. I had already phoned the hotel to advise of the flight delay and they readily accommodated the late arrival which was much appreciated.
Great breakfast room- great view. Rooms are small but cosy. Very friendly staff.
Frankly, we were enjoying our first experience of the midnight sun so fully that we paid little attention if any to our accomodations. We were assigned a room across the street from the main building, and we were pleased by the ease and freindliness. Elie & Nona Yarden
