Getting there:By public transportation with underground U6 to station "alserstrasse", take exit for "Joergerstrasse". Or with tram 43 to station "Alserstrasse". You will see the hotel in Joergerstrasse, first block, right side.

Hotel has good safe parking and good stuff, but is a little outside centre of Wien. Breakfast is good and the timing is great from 7:00 till 10:30.

Hotel was clean. without A/C it was almost impossible to sleep. Stuff at the front desk was very helpfull and nice.
The staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. I was very surprised as I arrived at 8 am that my room was already available: great to be able to have a shower and change after a long flight before hitting the sights. Room was very small, without tea/coffee making facilites. Breakfast was really good.
Conventient location. Quite close to the rail station. And it's great that there is a supermarket near the hotel.
The hotel is very well located and excellent value for Vienna. Breakfast was very good variety and quality. Rooms are not large but adequate for a couple and standard for most of Europe. Recommended.
The location was good as it was close to tram and U-bahn lines allowing easy access to all areas of Vienna. The price was excellent value for money. Some staff were extremely helpful with suggestions and directions.
Simple but neat hotel, 10 minutes by tram to the centre ring, excellent public transport connection, good deal for a fair price. Simple, but well sorted and supplied breakfast. Friendly considerate staff.
Great Hotel, Excellent Location, Be wary of booking taxis though - they tend to misrepresent themselves and leave you in a lurch.
Comments on the score: 1] Location: it is off town; but it is negated by the fact that it is near the metro. For it's price, I really didn't mind put up with the slight inconvenience of traveling; it is just 3 stations from Westbahnhof anyway. 2] Pricing: it is a bargain! Cheaper than my accomodation in Salzburg, Prague & Budapest; it speaks volume.
