TIA hotel is a three star hotel that is located in the very center of Riga next to the one of most notable objects of culture, art and leasure. Property opened in April 1994, completely renovated in 2006. Now there are 50 comfortable guest rooms offered. Available no-smoking rooms and special separate smoking areas. In addition for our business guests there is a conference room available with capacity of up to 80 persons. Our cafe provides good breakfast buffet and is available for lunch, dinner and can be booked for any celebrations. All guests, whether travelling for business purposes or as tourists, will be satisfied with the neighbourhood of governmental offices, business and entertainment centres, museums, restaurants, bars and modern shopping districts. The hotel is short walk from Skonto exhibition hall with easy access to another exhibition hall in Kipsala. Arena RIGA and Olympic Sport Center is in 10 min. walking distance.

Getting there:RIGA AIRPORT is within 30 - 40 min. travel time from us. Our shuttle bus or taxi are the most popular travel options when arriving from airport. Railway station and Bus station is 2 km far from the hotel. You can take troleybus nr. 3 to go to our hotel (stop-Bruninieku street). For guests using their own transport we offer parking facilities next to hotel.

OUR STAY AT THE HOTEL TIA WAS GREAT. GREAT BREAKFAST,WALKING DISTANCE TO OLD TOWN RIGA,STAFF VERY NICE, CALLED CAB FOR US, PICKED US UP AT AIRPORT WHEN WE ARRIVED. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Good choice if you want to visit Arena Riga concert hall. Rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!

couldn't fault it. wasn't fancy - just bed and breakfast. great location, staff were fabulous, they spoke english and couldn't do enough to help. breakfast was a bit odd but there was plenty of choice.
Clean, safe and nice hotel for that price. I didn´t like the location so much. It took over 15 minutes to walk to the old town where is most of the interesting shops and bars/nightclubs. I couldn´t find any nightclubs nearby, except stripclubs.

The hotel was nice, cosy and clean. Close enough to walk to the Old Town.
Breakfast was very nice, I liked it! Bus stop is next to the hotel, buses run very frequent and fare is only 0,30 local currency ( 0,45 Euros). So it is very convenient to go to the old city even though the hotel is not in the heart of the city.
Nice hotel. I loved that it has a computer in the lobby allowing free Internet usage.
Was further from the old town that i expected
Very nice, modern hotel just 10 minutes from the old town. I loved the fact that it was completely non-smoking. The hot buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food including porridge, pancakes, toast, croissants, cereal etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Riga - by the way, Riga is a fantastic place as well, with lovely, friendly people.
Our room was very nice, newly renovated and fresh. It was not very luxury, but our stay was very pleasant. There was also very friendly service at the reception desk. Breakfast was good, including plenty of salads, cerials, bread etc. Location is slightly outside the city centre, 15 min walking distance, but it is located next to the bus stop.
Better than expected. Did not tell us about airport shuttle bus until it was too late. Expensive bottled water.
