"This is one of my favorite finds in China and we stayed here before and returned to stay here again after our Tibet trip. The staff was extremely helpful and even protective of us on one occasion with a taxi driver when they helped negotiate a price for an excursion and the driver tried to get more money than agreed upon afterward (we were stopped in front of the hotel ready to disembark)

"Its a bit of a shame,women cant use the official sauna..that's only for men! After some protest of me, I could use a small sauna and steamer in the back, behind the massage-section.Staff is helpfull, although most of their English is poor. It was a nice surprise to get a present for my birthday, when I checked out.I would love to stay there again!" - Geertje Clazina van Duijn
