Hotel Tiergarten Alt-Moabit 89 D - 10559 Berlin
We are a privately run hotel with 60 rooms on 3 floors. All our rooms are well equipped with cable TV and pay-TV, radio, minibar, telephone, hairdryer and private bathrooms en suite. A lift is available. We offer one special room for handicapped people. Our house is a great example of Berlin 19th century architecture with stuccoed and high ceiling. Our hotel is very close to the underground station Turmstrasse, two stops from the center of the former western part of Berlin, the Zoo. The famous Kurfürstendamm is only another stop further. The well known boulevard Unter den Linden, Brandenburg Gate and our Reichstag are situated nearby.

Getting there:from Tegel Airport (TXL) take bus TXL to Alexanderplatz direct to our hotel 6 stops, from Main Railwaystation Hauptbahnhof direction Airport Tegel 2 stops. From Airport Schoenefeld take RE Express (trainservice towards Hauptbahnhof) and then change into bus TXL toward Airport Tegel

Friendly staff.
Good hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is good, but be on time because at the end there is not much left. U-Bahn is only two minutes away on foot, and within 15 minutes you can be anywhere in the centre. Parking is free around the corner.
I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful, which was wonderful. I thought their breakfast buffet was also very good, with a great selection.
Very friendly staff. Clean and large rooms. Had a very comfortable stay. Not much Couple of restaurants around. Close to metro connection( can reach Zooligical Garden in 5-10 mins). Good value for money.
