Tim Boutique Hotel Pattaya

Exellent, staff good, breakfast exellent, would reccomend

I have stayed here a number of times I have been to pattaya, Mama who is the owner always makes me feel welcome, the service is fantastic and location is well suited...more rooms will be available from November.... There are plenty of cheaper options around on the soi but nothing that comes anywhere near tim boutique

A nice, clean, well run establishment. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good offering and restaurent has reasonable menu and pricing. Would recommend for short stays or business travelers

Great location ... I mean fantastic location! Just a stroll to the beach or the hustle and bustle of 2nd street. A baht bus away from beach road and walking street the hotel is nestled back from main road. Room was excellent however I highly recommend you make it a condition to get a room facing the shopping centre and NOT the beer bar side. Even double glazing does not stop the beat! The quality of the food and buffet breakfast is EXCELLENT. The roof top pool is great although the decking needs attention. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything is ok but the location is in the center of pattaya but if you stay in the lower floor you will heard the voice from the bar around the hotel. The hotel solve the noisy problem by use the double door to protect the voice it's quite good but i can hear it.

Excellent location in town, obviously there can be some noise but even then they have tried by using secondary patio doors at back. Please ask for front facing room if this is a problem for you. Good hotel for price. Would use again

Staff were fantastic.

The staff were very friendly. Yet the room was quite dull. There was no carpeting and the floor tiles are dangerously slippery. The television was very old and very limited channels. There was no stereo or internet connection. They claim to have wireless internet in every room, but it did not work well at all. No wash cloths for the bathroom, no hairdryer, no umbrella. 3 stars would be a stretch. Also VERY slow at check out. But again the staff were quite nice although not too knowledgeable of the area.

A small scale hotel with under-average management but staff are friendly and helpful! Althought the swimming pool is small but beautiful. Also the double bed is super BIG! The location is nearby The Avenue, Mike and Royal Garden Plaza.

This is a great hotel, with very nice staff in a perfect location. I can recommend this hotel! Take note that sounds of the surrounding bar-area can be heard in your room till 2AM, but OK central Pattaya is not the place where people go to bed at 11PM ;-)

Hotel is worth every penny. The staff are awesome. The hotel experience is comparable to many 5 star hotels worldwide. I will be using this hotel every time while in Pattaya.

Nice hotel but is only 3 stars. Rooms are neat & clean. Staff are of the highest level. Location is good to Walking Street but not that close to anything else. Jomein Beach would be better for families.

Extremely Nice and helpful staff. Nice breakfast included. Location is near second road, but away from the noise. Had a very nice stay.
