The Time Othon Flat offers 113 suites with bedroom and living room. Some of its 113 suites are fitted to welcome physically challenged guests and all have electronic locks, telephones, internet access, cable television, safes and mini-bars. This building features a French restaurant, a health club with gym room, dry sauna, covered pool and squash court, in addition to an events and meetings hall that can seat up to 150 people. We also have the Restaurant Le Jardin Suisse, serving stylish international cuisine, which seats 110 people.

The location is very nice for people who are doing business in the area of the Brookling or the World Trade Center, but access to other parts of the town is not easy, since the hotel is far away from any of the three metro lines. I found it generally very good, with a good level of comfort and amenities for a fraction of the price of the surrouding hotels.
Overall a pleasant enough stay.
Nothing exceptional but pleasant enough hotel.
The staff were excellent and helpful. There is no information in the rooms. It would help as if in a new city it helps to get around easily and quickly.
