I have rated this hotel before, and will probably stay there again because of its proximity to where I work when in France. The room I had this time was much better than the small, cramped corner room I had on my previous visit.
good clean cheap hotel sited close to metro station, value for money
Good value for money and excellent location for my purposes. Quiet despite being on a fairly busy street. Personnel on the desk were attentive and helpful. I would stay at the Regina again.
I was disappointed in the hotel at first because the a/c and hot water didn't work but they were eventually fixed. What made me really like the hotel was the manager, Cathy. She was so helpful and gracious that it made my stay at the hotel an entirely enjoyable experience. Instead of just being the place where I stayed the hotel turned into part of my fun.
