"Hotel service was excellent. We had rented a car in Milan, Italy and had a problem with the car. Everyone helped us with language translation, Italian and Croation, in order to get our car serviced.
Hotel was very convenient with bus service to the "Old Town". Just wish we could have stayed longer to use all the amentities offered." - Terry Kopriver
"nice and clean hotel, in a quiet area. easy access to the centre by bus. the pool was closed when we stayed here, but we could use the pool at the neighbour-hotel. Not far from the beach either.
I would recommend this hotel to others going to Dubrovnic." - Anonymous
"this hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly - the bus outside the hotel was great for the old city and dubrovnik is a beautiful place to stay. we had a couple of incidents with the 'hospitality desk' were they gave out wrong information to us and we were left waiting an hour for the tour bus or not enough information it resulted in a cross border delay and humilation to a couple who were also staying at our hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel but be careful if booking any tours. " - Anonymous
"First impressions are that its a nice clean hotel. Bedroom decore is a little dated. A double-bed room turned out to be two large single beds that can be push together.
There is a lot of construction going on nearby so its quite noisy in the mornings and if your room happens to be over the front entrance as ours was you will be awoken by the cackle of 50 or more grey-haired travellers waiting to get on their tour bus from about 7am.
The swimming pool is a short walk from the hotel, not at the back of the hotel as you would expect.
Its about 15-20 minutes on the bus to the centre of dubrovnik.
The beach is about 5 minutes walk, but like all beaches in the area its concrete and stones (they are sharp, you really need rubber shoes for swimming)." - shane mcgarry
