"If you're going to splash out a bit more on a hotel in Portugal, this is it. We had a fabulous room with a terrace. Staff came in twice a day to change towels etc. The furniture is all antique and the place feels that bit special and peaceful.The gardens are great and the panoramic views are excellent. Cooked buffet breakfast comes with the price-dinner in the restaurant is very good, although some of the staff need some more training for a 5 star!
